About the Role

Sri Jain Jewel Park is looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting our jewellery products and collections through Instagram, Facebook, Reels, social media campaigns, influencer marketing, Meta Ads and other digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should understand the retail jewellery business and know how to create content that attracts customers, generates enquiries and ultimately drives store visits and sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

Manage Sri Jain Jewel Park's Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Plan and publish regular posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
Promote jewellery collections, new arrivals, offers, festive collections and special campaigns.
Maintain consistent branding and premium presentation across all digital platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, enquiries and customer engagement.
Follow current Instagram and social media trends and convert relevant trends into jewellery-related content.

Jewellery Content Creation

Create attractive and engaging content for Gold, Diamond, Silver and other jewellery collections.
Plan concepts for jewellery reels, product videos, promotional videos and customer-focused content.
Create content for festivals, weddings, seasonal campaigns and special occasions.
Develop creative ideas to showcase jewellery in an attractive and premium manner.
Coordinate with models, influencers, photographers and videographers for shoots.
Prepare captions, promotional messages and creative copy for social media.
Ensure all jewellery content is visually appealing and aligned with the brand image.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools is preferred.

Performance Marketing

Plan and manage Meta Ads for Instagram and Facebook.
Run campaigns for jewellery collections, offers, festivals, events and special promotions.
Generate customer enquiries and leads through digital advertising.
Create campaigns focused on store visits, WhatsApp enquiries, calls and customer leads.
Manage audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Monitor advertising budgets and ensure effective utilisation.
Analyse CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and ROI.
Test different creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.
Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce advertising costs.

Lead Generation & Store Visits

Develop digital campaigns to generate genuine jewellery customer enquiries.
Track enquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and advertisements.
Coordinate with the CRM and Sales Teams for proper lead follow-up.
Track customer enquiries from the first contact until store visit/conversion wherever possible.
Identify which campaigns and content are generating quality customers.
Focus on increasing customer enquiries, showroom visits and sales opportunities.

Influencer Marketing

Identify suitable Hyderabad-based influencers and content creators.
Coordinate influencer collaborations for jewellery promotions.
Discuss content concepts, shoot schedules, deliverables and promotional requirements.
Coordinate influencer visits to the showroom.
Ensure agreed content is posted on time.
Track the reach, engagement and enquiries generated through influencer campaigns.
Maintain records of influencer collaborations and campaign costs.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for:

New jewellery collections
Gold jewellery
Diamond jewellery
Silver jewellery
Bridal jewellery
Wedding collections
Festival campaigns
Akshaya Tritiya
Dhanteras
Diwali
Ugadi
Sankranti
Women's Day
Customer offers and promotions
Store events and special occasions

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare regular reports covering:

Instagram and Facebook growth
Post and Reel performance
Reach and engagement
Leads generated
Customer enquiries
Advertising expenditure
Cost per lead
Campaign conversion
Store visit enquiries
Influencer campaign performance
ROAS and ROI

Based on the results, suggest new ideas and strategies to improve digital marketing performance.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or luxury brands will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
Strong creative and content development skills.
Good understanding of customer behaviour and retail marketing.
Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar tools is preferred.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who can independently handle:

Social Media + Content Creation + Reels + Jewellery Promotions + Influencer Marketing + Meta Ads + Performance Marketing + Lead Generation + Customer Enquiries + Digital Campaigns

The candidate should be creative, proactive, target-oriented and willing to take ownership of the complete digital marketing activity of the jewellery store.
