Full job description

Job Summary: This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings within the organization. Also, this position is responsible for various HR generalist and admin functions such as onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, vendor and facility management etc.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Conduct intake meeting with hiring manager to understand the requirements and expectations for the position including pre-screening questions.
2. Review job description given by hiring managers and prepare postings.
3. Source and recruit candidates by using online job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
4. Provide initial screening of applicant pools; phone screens or interviews to assessthe candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
5. Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process. This includes scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, coordinating background checks, and extending job offers.
6. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Provide information about the company, job details, addressing any questions or concerns, update candidates on their application status and provide feedback when necessary.
7. Develop pipeline of talent, for frequently filled positions as well as hard to fill positions.
8. Manage the employee life cycle - right from onboarding, induction & separation.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment details, salary changes, promotions, and terminations.
10. Planning and organizing employee engagement activities at Mumbai office
11. Managing and ensuring proper functioning of all office infrastructure & managing paraprofessionalsrelated infrastructure matters like electricians/plumbers/carpenters etc.
12. Assigning duties to Housekeeping staff, managing stationery / courier and other administrative tasks.
13. Vendor Management

Skills and Qualifications:-

1. Bachelor's Degree required; preferred degree include Human Resources with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Recruitment & Operation
2. Good knowledge of Excel
3. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
4. Effective communication and interpersonalskills.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
