Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with a passion for luxury, beauty, fragrance, and FMCG brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, websites, product packaging, and social media while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
The candidate should possess excellent writing skills, strong research abilities, and an understanding of SEO and digital marketing to create content that drives engagement and conversions.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing & Copywriting
- Write engaging, persuasive, and original content for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Develop compelling product descriptions that effectively communicate product features, fragrance notes, benefits, and brand values.
- Create high-converting copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, taglines, and campaign messaging for social media platforms.
- Prepare brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other brand communication materials.
Brand Storytelling
- Develop compelling brand narratives that strengthen brand identity and customer engagement.
- Craft storytelling content around product launches, fragrance collections, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and communication across all channels.
SEO & Website Content
- Write SEO-optimized blogs and website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for better organic visibility.
- Update and maintain website content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
- Write scripts and concepts for Reels, short-form videos, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Create content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and product launches.
Product & Packaging Content
- Develop packaging copy, labels, inserts, and instruction manuals.
- Write product descriptions for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Ensure compliance with product communication and regulatory guidelines.
Research & Market Insights
- Stay updated with trends in the fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, luxury, and FMCG industries.
- Conduct competitor research and consumer analysis to create relevant and engaging content.
- Generate fresh content ideas based on market trends and customer preferences.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Work closely with marketing, design, product development, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Content Strategist, preferably in the Fragrance, Beauty, Cosmetics, Luxury, or FMCG industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
- Ability to write in different tones and styles for various platforms and audiences.
- Experience in writing for e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, will be preferred.
