Full job description

Zariyaa is looking for energetic, responsible, and proactive Coordinators / Event Management Team Members to join us for an upcoming 10 Corporate Wellness Festival in Bangalore.

This is an on-ground event execution role for individuals who enjoy managing people, coordinating multiple activities, solving problems in real time, and ensuring that an event runs smoothly from start to finish.

You will work closely with the Zariyaa team, facilitators, activity experts, vendors, volunteers, and client representatives to manage the day-to-day execution of the festival.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate events, wellness events, client management, event operations, logistics, and large-scale experiential activations.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Execution & Coordination

Coordinate the day-to-day on-ground execution of the Wellness Festival.
Ensure all activities and experiences begin and conclude according to the planned schedule.
Coordinate between Zariyaa's core team, client SPOCs, facilitators, experts, vendors, volunteers, and support staff.
Ensure all activity zones are ready before participants arrive.
Support opening, closing, transitions, and movement between different activities.
Keep track of the overall event flow and immediately flag any delays, operational issues, or requirements.

Setup & Logistics Management

Assist with the setup and breakdown of activity zones, stalls, signage, materials, equipment, and other event requirements.
Ensure materials required for each activity are available, organised, and replenished throughout the day.
Maintain an inventory of event materials and report shortages or damages.
Coordinate the movement and placement of materials across different event areas.
Ensure activity spaces remain organised, presentable, and ready for participants throughout the festival.

Facilitator & Team Coordination

Coordinate with facilitators and experts regarding their reporting time, session timings, activity requirements, breaks, and assigned locations.
Ensure facilitators and team members are present at their respective zones as per schedule.
Brief volunteers and support staff on their responsibilities for the day.
Support the team wherever additional manpower is required.
Communicate schedule changes or operational updates quickly and clearly to relevant team members.

Participant & Crowd Management

Welcome and guide participants across different activity zones.
Manage queues and participant movement to avoid overcrowding.
Encourage participation while maintaining a positive and professional environment.
Answer basic participant queries regarding activities, schedules, and locations.
Ensure participants have a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the event.
Support special requirements or unexpected participant situations professionally.

Client Coordination

Maintain professional communication with the client's on-ground representatives and SPOCs.
Understand immediate client requirements and coordinate with the Zariyaa team for execution.
Provide timely updates regarding event progress, participation, or operational requirements.
Represent Zariyaa professionally while interacting with employees, guests, vendors, and client teams.

Event Monitoring

Track participant counts and engagement across activities wherever required.
Ensure feedback is collected from participants through QR codes, forms, testimonials, or other assigned methods.
Document operational observations, participant responses, and areas for improvement.

On-Ground Problem Solving

Identify and resolve operational issues quickly without disrupting the participant experience.
Handle last-minute schedule changes, material requirements, crowd fluctuations, or facilitator requirements calmly.
Escalate important issues to the Event Lead/Core Team when necessary.
Remain flexible and willing to support different responsibilities depending on the needs of the event.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent coordination and organisational abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy event environment.
Ability to communicate professionally with corporate clients, participants, vendors, and team members.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow timelines.
Comfortable standing, moving around, and remaining active for extended periods during the event.
Must be punctual, dependable, presentable, and professional.
Must be available onsite for all 10 days of the event.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
