We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take complete ownership of ERP implementation projects and ensure successful delivery through strong planning, coordination, governance, and stakeholder management.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of ERP implementation and technology projects. The role requires close coordination with functional consultants, developers, quality assurance teams, solution consultants, clients, and senior management.
The Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards while maintaining clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
Prepare detailed project plans, implementation schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
Manage projects from kickoff and requirement gathering through development, testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Define project deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
Track planned versus actual progress and take corrective action wherever required.
Ensure timely completion of milestones and contractual commitments.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, quality assurance professionals, DevOps teams, and support teams.
Assign and follow up on project tasks in collaboration with functional and technical leads.
Conduct sprint planning, daily or weekly progress reviews, sprint reviews, and project status meetings.
Ensure that team members have clear priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Resolve coordination issues and escalate resource constraints when required.
Project Governance
Ensure adherence to Sanskar Technolab’s project governance, documentation, quality, and delivery standards.
Maintain project trackers, action-item registers, risk registers, dependency logs, decision logs, and change-request records.
Ensure that meeting minutes, project reports, approvals, and sign-offs are properly documented.
Monitor project scope and manage change requests in accordance with the agreed process.
Support internal PMO reviews, delivery audits, and management reporting.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary coordination point between the client and the internal delivery team.
Conduct regular client status meetings and steering committee reviews.
Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and required client actions clearly and professionally.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, responsibilities, and priorities.
Build strong client relationships and maintain high levels of project satisfaction.
Risk and Issue Management
Identify project risks, issues, bottlenecks, and dependencies at an early stage.
Prepare mitigation and recovery plans for delayed or at-risk activities.
Follow up with internal teams and client stakeholders for timely closure of open actions.
Escalate critical risks and decisions to senior management with clear recommendations.
Ensure that issues are resolved without negatively affecting project timelines or quality.
Budget and Resource Management
Monitor project effort, resource utilization, billing milestones, and project budgets.
Coordinate resource requirements with delivery leadership and department heads.
Identify effort overruns, scope deviations, and utilization concerns.
Support project profitability and ensure effective deployment of project resources.
Assist management with project forecasts and delivery capacity planning.
Quality and Delivery Excellence
Ensure that project deliverables meet defined functional, technical, and quality standards.
Coordinate testing, defect resolution, user acceptance testing, and release readiness.
Ensure that client approvals and sign-offs are obtained at each major project stage.
Conduct project closure reviews and document lessons learned.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and delivery practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and governance practices.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or technology delivery.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience independently managing software, ERP, or enterprise application implementation projects.
Experience managing cross-functional teams involving functional consultants, developers, testers, and client stakeholders.
Experience with ERPNext, Frappe, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo, or another ERP platform will be strongly preferred.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously will be an advantage.
