SAP Group Reporting & Compliance Consultant

Job Type: Contract / Full-Time
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Group Reporting & Compliance Consultant to implement, support, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, corporate close, statutory reporting, and compliance within SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions.
Configure financial consolidation processes, including:
Data Collection
Consolidation of Investments
Currency Translation
Intercompany Elimination
Consolidation Monitoring
Design and maintain consolidation units, consolidation groups, FS Items, and reporting rules.
Develop and manage data mappings from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
Execute period-end and year-end financial consolidation activities.
Configure statutory and compliance reporting requirements.
Support corporate financial close and reporting processes.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Create management, statutory, and regulatory reports.
Troubleshoot reporting, consolidation, and data quality issues.
Support audit, governance, and compliance activities.
Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in SAP Group Reporting & Compliance.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
Strong understanding of:
Financial Consolidation
Corporate Close Processes
Intercompany Reconciliation
Currency Translation
Financial Reporting
Experience in consolidation rule configuration and data mapping.
Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting.
Good understanding of SAP FI, CO, and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
Knowledge of financial governance, audit, and compliance processes.
Experience working with global finance teams and stakeholders.

Experience:

SAP Group Reporting & Compliance: 5 years (Required)
