JOB DESCRIPTION

You'll manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our event business clients. Your job is to make every rupee count.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

Campaign Setup & Management

Set up Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns from briefs provided by management
Define audiences, placements, budgets, and bid strategies
Monitor campaigns daily for performance issues
Pause underperforming ads, scale winners, adjust targeting

Optimization & A/B Testing

Analyze performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate)
Run A/B tests on audiences, ad copy variations, placements
Adjust campaigns based on real-time data
Aim to reduce cost-per-lead by 10-20% month-over-month

Reporting & Analysis

Track daily spend, leads, conversion costs
Create weekly performance reports (what worked, what didn't, what to adjust)
Identify trends (which audiences convert, which don't; which messages work)
Present insights to clients and management

Lead Quality Optimization

We care about QUALIFIED leads, not just clicks
Monitor lead quality (are they serious buyers or price hunters?)
Adjust targeting to attract the right audience segment
Work with the lead qualification team to understand which leads convert

Account Health

Monitor for ad policy violations, account restrictions
Keep all Meta business accounts organized and documented
Troubleshoot billing, pixel tracking, conversion issues
Maintain compliance with platform guidelines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
