Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher / Junior Accounting Executive to join our team and build a career in US Accounting & Bookkeeping.

This position is ideal for candidates who have a basic understanding of Indian Accounting and Bookkeeping and are interested in learning international accounting practices.

No prior US Accounting experience is required. We will provide the necessary training and guidance in US Accounting, Bookkeeping, accounting processes, and related practices.

The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a strong understanding of basic accounting concepts, and good knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities :-

Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain and update financial records accurately.
Assist in recording and organizing financial transactions.
Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliation activities.
Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Support the preparation and maintenance of accounting reports.
Work on Excel-based accounting and financial data.
Assist senior team members with accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members through email and phone.
Learn and follow US accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
Follow company SOPs and accounting processes.

Training Provided :-

The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training in US Accounting & Bookkeeping, including:

US Accounting fundamentals
US Bookkeeping practices
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
General Ledger
Accounting workflows and processes
Accounting software and tools
US accounting terminology and documentation

Required Qualifications :-

B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Good understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and develop skills in US Accounting.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Skills :-

0–2 years of experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
Basic knowledge of Tally or any other accounting software is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and basic formatting will be an added advantage.
Candidates who have completed an internship or academic project related to accounting will also be considered.
