About the Role

Inquiry Bazaar Private Limited is looking for a Performance Marketing / Ads Manager who has a strong interest in digital advertising and hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate should understand how to plan, launch, monitor, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns with a focus on lead generation, website traffic, conversions, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

During this 6-month internship, you will get practical exposure to running advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, analyzing campaign performance, testing different creatives and audiences, and optimizing campaigns based on data.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and market research.
Create and manage different types of advertising campaigns based on business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and overall performance.
Coordinate with the content and creative team for ad creatives, videos, Reels, banners, and ad copy.
Create appropriate campaign structures, ad sets, targeting strategies, and conversion goals.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Track leads and conversions and evaluate campaign quality.
Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, advertising policies, targeting options, and platform algorithms.

Google Ads – Required Knowledge

The candidate should have knowledge of or be willing to work with different Google Ads campaign types, including:

Search Ads
Display Ads
Performance Max (PMax)
Shopping Ads
Video / YouTube Ads
App Campaigns
Demand Gen campaigns
Remarketing / Retargeting campaigns
Lead generation campaigns

Knowledge of Google Keyword Planner, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking will be preferred.

Meta Ads – Required Knowledge

The candidate should understand or be willing to learn:

Facebook Ads
Instagram Ads
Lead Generation campaigns
Traffic campaigns
Engagement campaigns
Sales / Conversion campaigns

Tracking & Analytics

Candidates with knowledge of the following will be preferred:

Meta Conversions API
UTM parameters
Lead and conversion tracking
Google Search Console
Basic understanding of landing-page performance
Excel / Google Sheets for campaign reporting

Required Skills

Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising.
Good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, bidding, budgets, and optimization.
Ability to analyze advertising data and identify performance trends.
Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with budgets responsibly.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to learn and experiment with different advertising strategies.

Good to Have

Previous experience running Google or Meta campaigns.
Experience generating leads through paid advertising.
Experience with B2B lead generation.
Experience with e-commerce advertising.
Knowledge of landing-page optimization.
Knowledge of remarketing and retargeting.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or Conversions API.
Google Ads or Meta certifications.
Experience managing real advertising budgets or previous campaign case studies.
