Job Description – Sales Associate

Position: Sales Associate
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Office Address: 309, 3rd Floor, Pinnacle Tower, 42/6, Sushil Marg, Block A, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201309
Training Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat – First 2 Months
Shift Timing: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our Noida office. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, developing business relationships, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships within the US staffing and recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients, vendors, and business partners in the US staffing market.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other business development channels.
Research and identify companies that require US staffing and recruitment services.
Initiate conversations with prospective clients and understand their staffing requirements.
Present and explain the company's staffing services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Follow up with prospective clients and move leads through the sales pipeline.
Coordinate the client onboarding process and ensure all required information and documentation are completed.
Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and other business requirements with clients as required.
Work closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain regular communication with clients to identify new requirements and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong client and vendor network.
Track leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to repeat business and revenue growth.

Training & Travel Requirement

The selected candidate will be onboarded for the Noida office. However, as part of the initial training and onboarding process, the candidate will be required to work from our Ahmedabad office for the first 2 months.

During this training period:

The company will bear the travel expenses from the candidate's current location to Ahmedabad.
Accommodation in Ahmedabad will be provided by the company.
The candidate will be responsible for their food, personal expenses, and other miscellaneous expenses.
After successfully completing the initial 2-month training period, the candidate will be required to report to and work from the Noida office.

Candidates applying for this position must be comfortable with the above training and travel arrangement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in US Staffing Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, B2B Sales, or Recruitment Sales will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Ability to identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
Good understanding of the US staffing/recruitment industry is an advantage.
Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in the 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST shift.
Willingness to travel to Ahmedabad and stay there for the initial 2-month training period.
