Business Development Executive

Location: Panaji, Goa (In-Office)

Please Note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in Panaji, Goa. This is not a remote or work-from-home position.

Growth Gravy is a performance-driven digital marketing agency that partners with businesses to help them scale through innovative marketing strategies and measurable results. We're looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping businesses achieve their goals.

What You'll Do

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Connect with business owners, founders, and decision-makers to understand their business challenges and marketing goals.
Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations to recommend Growth Gravy's digital marketing solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and successful closure.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Collaborate with the Strategy, Marketing, and Client Success teams to create tailored solutions for prospective clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Stay informed about digital marketing trends and industry developments to confidently engage with clients.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Servicing, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, SaaS, IT Services, or B2B services is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

You'll Stand Out If You Have

Experience selling digital marketing or technology solutions.
Basic understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, Branding, or Website Development.
Confidence in engaging with founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
A proactive mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
