Our team is engaged in designing, delivering and supporting Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.
We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional or local regulations).
Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.
Digital Technology & Architecture organization encompasses following capabilities: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud engineering, Platform Engineering (e.g. DevOps & related framework), Platforms (ServiceNow, Observability, Chatbots, SAP, Commercial, RPA, …), Digital Workplace and more “classical” infrastructures (hosting, servers, …).
Digital Workplace & Facilities team manages all Digital Workplace capabilities (all devices, collaboration, communication, printing, software management & deployment, …) and makes the bridge between global standards designed by global infrastructure & workplace teams and their implementation on our 60+ sites (incl. 12 plants) across the globe.

Join us as a Digital Workplace Windows 365 Expert within our Digital Workplace & Facilities crew, with a strong focus on Windows 365 product ownership, Cloud PC lifecycle management, user experience and operational excellence. Azure Virtual Desktop knowledge is considered an optional additional skillset.
As part of the Device team, you will own and evolve the Windows 365 Cloud PC capability with the following focus areas:
- Windows 365 Product Ownership and Cloud PC lifecycle management.
- Cloud PC architecture, governance, performance and cost optimization.
- Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and security integration for Windows 365.
- Application delivery, image management and Cloud PC user experience optimization.
- Digital Employee Experience monitoring for Windows 365 users.
- Automation, reporting and operational excellence.
- Azure Virtual Desktop as an optional complementary skillset.
We are looking for a VDI expert, mainly on Windows 365, in our Device team to own and mature our Cloud PC service. The role is primarily focused on Windows 365 strategy, operations, governance and user experience. Azure Virtual Desktop experience is welcome but not mandatory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Windows 365 Product Ownership:
- Own the Windows 365 Cloud PC product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap, provisioning, operations, adoption and continuous improvement.
- Define Cloud PC personas, sizing standards, entitlement models and usage policies aligned with business needs.
- Manage Windows 365 provisioning policies, images, network connectivity, security baselines and device configuration through Microsoft Intune.
- Optimize Windows 365 cost, license allocation, utilization and performance through regular governance and reporting.
- Drive user experience improvements for Cloud PC users, including login performance, application responsiveness and supportability.
- Coordinate incident, problem and change management activities with service desk, endpoint, identity, network and security teams.
Define adoption plans, operating procedures and knowledge articles for Windows 365 support teams and end users.

- Cloud PC Architecture, Governance and Operations:
- Define the Windows 365 service model, architecture principles, provisioning standards and Cloud PC operating model.
- Create standards for Cloud PC images, device configuration, access, monitoring, resilience, support and lifecycle management.
- Establish governance for capacity, licenses, consumption, performance, service quality and continuous improvement.
- Own Windows 365 service KPIs, including availability, sign-in experience, performance, adoption, incident trends and user satisfaction.
Maintain clear documentation, operational runbooks, support handover materials and service reporting.

- Microsoft Endpoint, Identity and Security Integration:
- Integrate Windows 365 with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, endpoint security and Microsoft 365 services.
- Define and manage configuration profiles, security baselines, compliance policies and access controls for Cloud PCs.
- Partner with identity, network, endpoint, security and application teams to ensure a secure and reliable Windows 365 service.
- Support vulnerability management, patching, update rings and audit readiness for Cloud PCs.
- Ensure Windows 365 aligns with Zero Trust principles and corporate security standards.
- Application Delivery and User Experience:
- Define application delivery approaches for Windows 365, working with application, packaging and endpoint teams.
- Ensure virtual desktop images and application sets meet user persona requirements while remaining secure, supportable and optimized.
- Improve user experience through monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of sign-in times, profile behavior, network latency and application performance.
- Integrate VDI services with Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, security tooling and ITSM processes.
- Support specialized use cases such as contractors, secured access scenarios, remote workers, factory supervisors and temporary workers.
- Digital Employee Experience for VDI:
- Monitor and analyse end-user experience across Windows 365 Cloud PCs using available Microsoft and DEX tooling.
- Create dashboards and reports covering Cloud PC health, session quality, application performance, user satisfaction and service adoption.
- Develop proactive alerting, remediation and continuous improvement actions based on experience data.
- Identify recurring pain points and coordinate improvements across endpoint, identity, network, security and application teams.
- Automation & Integration:
- Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation for Windows 365, Intune, reporting and operational activities.
- Automate provisioning, configuration checks, compliance reporting, remediation and lifecycle tasks for Cloud PCs.
- Create integration workflows between VDI platforms, ServiceNow, monitoring, identity and endpoint management systems.
- Build operational dashboards and management reports using Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.
- Product Roadmap & Stakeholder Management:
- Define and maintain the Windows 365 roadmap, prioritizing Cloud PC adoption, governance, service maturity and user experience improvements.
- Manage relationships with Microsoft, internal infrastructure teams, security teams, application owners and business stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements from business teams, IT support, security and end users.
- Conduct service reviews and communicate roadmap, risks, KPIs and improvement plans to stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and change management for new VDI capabilities and operating models.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement Zero Trust principles for Windows 365, including identity, conditional access, device compliance and least-privilege access.
- Ensure VDI services comply with corporate security standards, GxP, SoX and applicable regional or local regulations.
- Coordinate vulnerability management, patching, security baselines and audit readiness for Cloud PCs.
- Define disaster recovery, resilience and business continuity requirements for critical VDI use cases.
About you:
Technical background required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, with proven experience in international and global organizations.
- Deep hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PCs, including provisioning policies, Cloud PC sizing, Intune management, image strategy, monitoring and lifecycle operations.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, hybrid identity, modern authentication and endpoint security baselines.
- Experience designing Windows 365 personas, service models, access patterns and governance for enterprise-scale environments.
- Understanding of Cloud PC image management, application delivery, update management, monitoring and user experience optimization.
- Experience integrating Windows 365 with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, monitoring platforms, security tooling and business applications.
- Ability to analyse Windows 365 performance, capacity, cost, adoption and user experience metrics, and translate insights into improvement plans.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills; experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation, Logic Apps or similar orchestration tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, including host pools, session hosts, application groups, scaling plans and FSLogix profile management, is optional and considered a plus.
- Knowledge of security, compliance and regulated environments such as GxP, SoX, ISO or similar standards is preferred.
General.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in device management and product ownership roles.
- Strong understanding of Azure AD, conditional access, and modern authentication
- Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
- Power BI or similar reporting tool expertise is good to have
Some experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
