Client Relationship Executive / Sales Coordinator

Ezeefit Office Systems is a leading office furniture and workspace solutions company with its own manufacturing facility, delivering customized office furniture and interior solutions across India. We specialize in modular workstations, office seating, storage solutions, executive furniture, conference room setups, partitions, and turnkey office fit-out projects for corporate, commercial, and institutional clients.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Relationship Executive / Sales Coordinator to manage client interactions and ensure smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining client relationships, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the company.

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a professional approach towards client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, website enquiries, and referrals.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for preparation of quotations, proposals, and project details.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, and company representatives.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and discussions whenever required.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with design, production, operations, vendors, and accounts teams for smooth project execution.
Track project progress and provide timely updates to clients.
Address client queries and concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and client communications.
Assist in project documentation, order processing, and general sales coordination activities.
Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry to project completion.

Required Skills

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
Professional and customer-oriented attitude.
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Client Coordination, Sales Coordination, Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Back Office Operations, or a similar role.
Experience in furniture, interiors, architecture, construction, real estate, or related industries will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills may also apply.
