Account Manager – Job Description

Position: Account executive
Company: iCloudEMS
Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Remote

About the Role

iCloudEMS is seeking an Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts.
Ensure timely GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
Monitor cash flow, expense tracking, and budget utilization.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in IT, SaaS, EdTech, or ERP-based organizations preferred.
Familiarity with payroll processing and vendor management.
