Admin Executive – Job DescriptionAbout Right Direction Academy

Right Direction Academy is a leading Law Entrance Coaching Institute specializing in CLAT, MH CET Law, and Law Semester Coaching. We are committed to providing quality education, personalized mentoring, and career guidance to students.

Position Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Admin Executive who can efficiently manage daily administrative operations, support admissions, maintain student records, and ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and faculty.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and basic computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Student & Parent Communication

Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Respond to student and parent queries professionally.
Schedule counselling appointments.
Follow up with prospective students.
Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

2. Admission & Sales Support

Explain course details and fee structure.
Guide students through the admission process.
Follow up with interested leads.
Maintain daily admission records.
Assist in converting enquiries into admissions.

3. CRM & Data Management

Update student information in the CRM software.
Record enquiry status and follow-up remarks.
Maintain accurate student databases.
Generate daily and weekly reports.
Ensure proper documentation of admissions.

4. Office Administration

Manage day-to-day office activities.
Maintain attendance records.
Organize student files and documents.
Coordinate classroom schedules.
Maintain office supplies and stationery.
Ensure cleanliness and smooth functioning of the office.

5. Faculty Coordination

Coordinate lecture schedules.
Inform students about timetable changes.
Arrange classrooms before lectures.
Assist faculty with administrative requirements.
Coordinate examination schedules.

6. Student Support

Help students with notes, study material, and login issues.
Resolve routine student concerns.
Track student attendance.
Maintain communication regarding lectures, tests, and events.

7. Social Media & Digital Support

Reply to basic social media enquiries.
Forward qualified leads to the counselling team.
Upload basic notices and announcements when required.
Coordinate with the marketing team.

8. Reporting

Prepare daily reports including:

Number of enquiries
Calls made
Follow-ups completed
Admissions confirmed
Pending enquiries
Fee collection updates

Required Skills
