We are building Kerala's most exciting vegetarian Quick Service Restaurant brand — think KFC-level boldness, crunch, and craveable experience, but 100% plant-based and rooted in flavour. We are not your average veg restaurant. We are a category disruptor targeting the fast-growing health-conscious, ethically-driven, and taste-first consumer in Thiruvananthapuram and beyond.

We operate on a high-velocity, high-growth model with aggressive expansion targets. This is your chance to be one of the founding commercial pillars of a brand that is redefining what vegetarian fast food looks and tastes like in South India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hunter, not a farmer. A Sales Manager who is relentless, street-smart, results-obsessed, and thrives under pressure. You will own the commercial agenda for the Thiruvananthapuram market — driving revenue, building distribution, acquiring new institutional and retail accounts, and ensuring the brand is impossible to ignore.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Target Achievement

Own and aggressively achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with zero tolerance for excuses.
Drive weekly sell-in and sell-out metrics across all assigned channels and accounts.
Identify and close new revenue opportunities at pace; hunger to go beyond the target is non-negotiable.
Build and maintain a healthy, aggressive sales pipeline with disciplined follow-ups.

2. Market Penetration & Territory Development

Establish and scale the brand’s presence across Thiruvananthapuram — from Technopark and Kazhakuttam to Pattom, Kowdiar, Nemom, and beyond.
Map the territory meticulously: identify high-traffic zones, footfall-dense areas, college campuses, tech parks, hospitals, and event venues.
Plan and execute a structured beat plan with daily coverage and weekly reviews.
Ensure zero dark zones — every viable micro-market must be touched and tracked.

3. Institutional & B2B Sales

Aggressively onboard corporate cafeterias, office campuses (especially IT parks in Technopark and UST Global corridors), co-working spaces, gyms, hospitals, and educational institutions.
Crack bulk order accounts: catering for events, corporate lunches, and bulk meal programs.
Negotiate and lock in institutional contracts with favourable terms; ensure stickiness through relationship management.
Develop a robust pipeline of B2B leads with a defined conversion cadence.

4. Retail & Trade Channel Development

Identify and onboard modern trade, kirana-adjacent quick-commerce touchpoints, and food courts.
Manage shelf visibility, product placement, signage, and in-store execution with zero compromise on brand standards.
Work with channel partners and distributors to ensure product availability, freshness, and replenishment velocity.
Conduct regular trade engagement activities and loyalty programs to retain and grow channel partners.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing Knowledge

Thorough understanding of FSSAI regulations applicable to food businesses — Central vs. State licenses, food safety standards, labelling norms, and hygiene requirements.
Familiarity with Kerala municipal and panchayat licensing requirements for food establishments, including Health Trade Licences issued by Thiruvananthapuram Corporation / Panchayats.
Working knowledge of GST applicability on food items (5% for restaurant services; exemptions for packaged vs. unpackaged goods), helping customers and institutional partners with compliance-linked purchase decisions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
