Full job description

SEO & Organic Growth

Conduct keyword research (search volume, intent, difficulty, competitor gaps) to guide content and landing page strategy for the US market.
Perform on-page SEO meta titles/descriptions, header structure, internal linking, content optimization.
Run technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability) and coordinate fixes with dev/design.
Build and execute link-building / off-page strategies where relevant.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion trends; report monthly with actionable recommendations.

Paid Advertising

Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Extend campaigns to other platforms as needed — LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Amazon Ads.
Own audience targeting, bid strategy, budget allocation/pacing, and A/B testing of creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Monitor daily performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and optimize campaigns proactively — not just report after the fact.
Set up and QA conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and basic attribution across platforms.

General

Collaborate with content, design, and social teams to align paid/organic messaging with overall brand strategy.
Benchmark competitor SEO and ad strategies to identify opportunities.
Manage and report on marketing budgets accurately and transparently.
Stay current with Google/Meta algorithm and ad-platform policy changes.

Must-Have Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience running live SEO and paid campaigns for a brand or client (agency or in-house).
Proven experience with keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar).
Hands-on experience managing real ad spend on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager can speak to actual budgets and results managed.
Solid understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Meta Events Manager / conversion tracking.
Experience marketing to a US or other Western audience understands US search intent, seasonality, and competitive landscape.
Comfortable with basic technical SEO concepts (site structure, page speed, schema markup, indexing issues).
Strong analytical skills can build/read a performance report and translate data into next steps.
Excellent written English for ad copy and meta content aimed at a US audience.

Good to Have

Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.
Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, WordPress, Shopify) and basic CRO principles.
Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, or Amazon Ads specifically.
Exposure to marketing analytics/BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau) for dashboarding.
Prior agency experience managing multiple client accounts/budgets simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

What differences have you noticed in running campaigns for a US audience vs. other markets (India or elsewhere)?
How do you keep ad copy and creative compliant and effective for US platform policies (Google/Meta)?
Which metrics do you look at first when a campaign underperforms, and how do you diagnose the issue?
How comfortable are you building a monthly performance report combining SEO and paid data? What would you include?
What's your notice period and expected CTC?
