Full job description

Business Development

Generate new business opportunities in the Builder, Government, Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional sectors.
Develop relationships with leading builders, architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and developers.
Identify and track upcoming construction projects from the concept stage to execution.
Increase product specifications with architects and consultants.
Register the company with government departments, PSUs, and corporate procurement teams.
Expand the dealer and channel partner network where applicable.

Sales Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Coordinate preparation and submission of tender documents.
Build relationships with government officials, consultants, and procurement teams.
Ensure compliance with tender specifications and documentation requirements.

Architect & Consultant Liaison

Conduct product presentations and technical seminars.
Obtain product approvals and specifications.
Regularly visit architectural and consultancy firms to strengthen relationships.
Promote Fire Rated Doors, Acoustic Doors, Fire-Rated Glass, and related solutions.

Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and provide after-sales support.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Reporting & MIS

Submit daily call reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales reports.
Update CRM with customer interactions and project status.
Forecast sales pipelines and business opportunities.
