Freelance IT Business Development Executive – Remote

Job Description

Avdar Innovations is looking for a motivated Freelance IT Business Development Executive to work remotely on an incentive-based model.

The role is focused on finding and closing new IT clients through online freelancing/bidding platforms, personal references, existing contacts, and your own experience/network.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who already have experience in IT sales, business development, lead generation, Upwork/Fiverr-style bidding, or client acquisition and want to earn based on successful project closures.

Key Responsibilities

Find and generate new IT project opportunities through various online bidding platforms.
Submit professional and customized proposals according to client requirements.
Generate leads through references, personal networks, previous experience, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain client communication.
Negotiate with clients and work toward successful project closure.
Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
Focus on bringing genuine and profitable IT projects to the company.

Requirements

Existing client references, contacts, or professional network will be an advantage.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.

Compensation

Freelance – Incentive/Commission Based

There is no fixed monthly salary for this position.

Payment/incentive will be provided based on the clients/projects successfully brought and closed by the freelancer.

More successful project closures = higher earnings.

The exact incentive/commission can be discussed based on the project value, client type, and candidate's experience.
