Job Title: Admin Cum Operations Executive
Department: Administration & Operations
Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Job Summary

Atom Wellness is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Cum Operations Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities and support smooth business operations. The role involves coordination between management, sales teams, distributors, retailers, vendors, and internal departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration

Manage daily office administration and documentation.
Maintain records, files, reports, invoices, and other operational documents.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and routine office communication.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and internal activities.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
Maintain attendance and basic employee-related administrative records.

Operations

Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with sales executives, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
Follow up on orders, dispatches, deliveries, pending requirements, and operational issues.
Maintain proper records of sales orders, stock movement, returns, and related documents.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order processing.
Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Support implementation and monitoring of company processes and procedures.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Maintain data in Excel and other company systems.
Support management with required reports, statements, and operational updates.
Coordinate with accounts, sales, warehouse, and management teams.
Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned department or management.

Additional Responsibilities

Support distributor and retailer coordination activities.
Assist in organizing company meetings, training programmes, promotional activities, and events.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of company initiatives.
Support management in improving operational efficiency and maintaining smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, coordination, or a similar role preferred. Freshers can be applied
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to take responsibility and meet deadlines.

Timely completion of administrative and operational tasks.
Accuracy of records and reports.
Effective coordination and follow-up.
Timely order and dispatch coordination.
Reduction of pending operational issues.
Support for smooth functioning of sales and distribution operations.

Salary: As per industry standards and based on experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
