Full job description

IITIL is a technology and digital transformation company that helps organizations leverage AI, Data Intelligence, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, and Digital Engineering to solve complex business challenges. We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Head to lead our global digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive measurable business growth.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Head will own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for IITIL. This role is responsible for driving qualified lead generation, increasing brand visibility, improving website performance, and building a scalable digital marketing engine that supports business growth.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, marketing automation, content strategy, analytics, and account-based marketing (ABM). Experience in marketing technology solutions, AI, cloud, enterprise software, or IT services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute IITIL's global digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Build integrated marketing campaigns across paid, organic, social, email, and content channels.
Define quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps with measurable KPIs.
Continuously identify new growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.

Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

Build scalable lead generation programs targeting enterprise decision-makers.
Drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
Improve lead quality while optimizing acquisition costs.
Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion and revenue contribution.

Performance Marketing

Lead paid campaigns across:
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads
Display Advertising
Remarketing
Programmatic Advertising
Optimize campaign ROI, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
Manage annual digital advertising budgets.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Build and execute ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with business development teams to identify high-value target accounts.
Develop personalized campaigns for different buyer personas.
Improve account engagement and pipeline contribution.

Content Marketing

Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy.
Oversee creation of:
Blogs
Whitepapers
Case Studies
Industry Reports
eBooks
Videos
Webinars
Email Campaigns
Ensure content aligns with SEO objectives and customer journeys.

SEO & Organic Growth

Collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic visibility.
Define SEO priorities for technical optimization, content, and authority building.
Increase organic traffic and inbound lead generation.
Monitor keyword performance and search trends.

Website & Conversion Optimization

Own website performance from a marketing perspective.
Improve user journeys and conversion funnels.
Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
Partner with design and development teams to enhance user experience.

Marketing Automation & CRM

Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
Develop lead nurturing workflows and email automation.
Improve customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
Track campaign attribution and customer journeys.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze marketing performance using:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
CRM dashboards
Campaign reporting tools
Prepare executive dashboards and business performance reports.
Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Brand & Digital Presence

Strengthen IITIL's digital brand across all online channels.
Oversee corporate website, social media, and digital communication.
Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and marketing assets.
Build thought leadership through executive branding and industry content.

Team Leadership

Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
Manage internal specialists and external agencies.
Establish marketing processes, governance, and performance standards.
Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
