What You'll Do
As Global POP x AI Offer Senior Coordinator , you’ll play an important role in supporting the growth and activation of BCG’s People & Organization Practice Area (POP) AI offerings. Working closely with the POP x AI Offer Director and POP Offer Managers, you will help drive coordination, execution, and operational excellence across strategic offer initiatives, go-to-market activities, and key business priorities.
You will collaborate with colleagues across Offer Managers, Vantage, Regional Managers, and broader BCG functions to help ensure priorities are executed effectively, teams remain aligned, and the latest offer content, insights, and resources are accessible across the organization.
The role is expected to evolve over time toward broader Offer Management responsibilities, providing opportunities to build expertise in offer strategy, go-to-market activation, business insights, and practice area operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Offer Strategy

Support execution of the POP x AI offer strategy and priority offer management initiatives, including coordination of planning activities and content efforts across the team

Prepare and coordinate Offer Manager meetings and Offer Manager x Regional Manager meetings. Focus on surfacing and disseminating critical content for team members to be aware of.
Go-to-Market support & Business insights

Support go-to-market activation efforts across regions
-
Prepare and maintain reporting on pipeline, business development activity, investments
GenAI PMO

Support PMO of key GenAI initiatives, working with stakeholders across POP and across BCG stakeholders

Support Vantage to ensure the last materials are available and acting as liaison for the team
Marketing & Events

Support marketing initiatives, including newsletters, and communications campaigns.

Support activation and organization around key marketing events related to GenAI.

Contribute to the planning and execution of meetings, workshops, and events, being responsible for all logistics and related operations
People affiliation

Maintain affiliation and core-group distribution lists and support communications across global and regional communities.

Support the organization and execution of Interest Group calls, masterclasses, and knowledge-sharing activities.
The POP Practice Area is one of BCG’s functional practices. We develop and provide expertise on People and Organization matters and together with the industry Pas of BCG, support client to design, equip and sustain a high performing organization with capable, engaged and adaptive people.
What You'll Bring

3–5 years of experience supporting programs, operations, strategy, business management, or related functions.

Bachelor’s degree required

Strong project coordination and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business, pipeline, performance, or operational data.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
Who You'll Work With
You will work closely with the POP x AI Offer Director, supporting the execution of strategic priorities, offer activation efforts, and key GenAI initiatives across the People & Organization Practice Area (POP).
You will collaborate regularly with POP Offer Managers, Regional Managers, Vantage teams, Marketing teams, and a broad network of BCG colleagues to coordinate activities, maintain offer content, support communications and events, and drive engagement across the practice. This role offers the opportunity to work across a global network while building strong relationships across multiple teams and functions.
