Job Summary

Hotel Opulence Kalinga is looking for a creative, performance-driven, and technically skilled specialist in Digital Marketing & Web Designing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing the hotel website, creating engaging visual content, improving search engine rankings, generating quality leads, and increasing direct room bookings, banquet enquiries, and brand visibility. This role requires a blend of digital marketing expertise, web design skills, creativity, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase hotel revenue, direct bookings, and brand awareness.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
Perform On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Manage the hotel's website using WordPress or other CMS platforms, ensuring it is updated, secure, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly.
Design and maintain landing pages for marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
Create visually appealing graphics, banners, brochures, posters, email creatives, social media posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Create engaging content including blogs, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns to enhance online engagement.
Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and online promotional activities.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Generate qualified leads for room reservations, banquet bookings, weddings, conferences, and corporate events.
Coordinate with the Sales, Front Office, Banquet, and Operations teams to support promotional campaigns and business objectives.
Conduct competitor analysis and recommend innovative digital marketing strategies.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports highlighting campaign performance, lead generation, ROI, and website analytics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO, WordPress, UI/UX, or Graphic Design will be an added advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Website Management, Web Designing, SEO, Performance Marketing, or Hospitality Marketing.
Candidates with prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be preferred.
