This is a high-impact, on-ground growth role where you will directly contribute to expanding our brand presence across Kolkata.

Your Key Responsibilities

Field Market Expansion

Visit targeted business areas across Kolkata with scheduled appointments
Explore and identify new business opportunities
Represent the brand confidently in face-to-face interactions

Client Acquisition & Business Development

Introduce Manipura Ayurveda’s fragrance & wellness solutions
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products
Connect with decision-makers and initiate business conversations
Generate leads and schedule demos/meetings

Product Presentation & Pitching

Present solutions in a clear, confident, and engaging way
Explain real benefits of aromatherapy and ambiance fragrance systems
Build trust and long-term client relationships

Market Research & Insights

Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences
Identify high-growth sectors and opportunities

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking
Work closely with the business development team
Ensure proper follow-ups and pipeline management
