SENIOR SALES CLOSER – JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout Ignitedoc

Ignitedoc is a healthcare consulting and growth company helping doctors, surgeons, and clinics build a strong digital presence, attract high-quality patients, and become trusted local healthcare brands.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Closer who can confidently handle sales calls, understand client requirements, demonstrate the value of our MAPA System, and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

Position Details

Position: Senior Sales Closer
Company: Ignitedoc
Work Type: Commission-Based
Compensation: 10% commission on the initial setup fee for every successfully closed and paid client
Experience: Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales, healthcare sales, SaaS, consulting, or high-ticket sales preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Closing

Conduct high-quality sales calls and product/service demonstrations with doctors, surgeons, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals.
Understand prospect requirements, pain points, and business goals.
Present the MAPA System and Ignitedoc's services in a clear, consultative, and persuasive manner.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
Take ownership of the sales process from initial conversation through final closure.

2. Lead Follow-Up & Conversion

Follow up consistently with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels.
Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline to maximize conversion opportunities.
Re-engage warm and previously interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales stages.

3. CRM & Reporting

Update CRM/G-Sheets after every relevant client interaction.
Maintain accurate information regarding leads, follow-ups, proposals, and closed deals.
Share regular sales updates, conversion numbers, and pipeline status with management.

4. Sales Team Support

Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales representatives when required.
Train and mentor junior sales representatives on sales processes, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Help establish and improve sales scripts, processes, and follow-up strategies.
Support the team in achieving overall sales targets.

5. Brand & Ethical Selling

Represent Ignitedoc professionally during all client interactions.
Follow the company's sales process, communication standards, and brand voice.
Maintain transparency and ethical sales practices.
Protect confidential client information, pricing, lead data, and internal business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales closing or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Confident in conducting one-to-one sales calls and demos.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Self-motivated and highly target-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment.
Prior experience selling high-ticket services, healthcare solutions, SaaS, consulting, or digital marketing services will be an advantage.

Compensation

The role follows a performance-based commission structure.

Commission: 10% of the initial setup fee for every successfully closed and paid client.

Example:

If a client pays an initial setup fee of ₹1,00,000, the Senior Sales Closer earns:

10% = ₹10,000 commission

Commissions will be paid within the first week of the following month, subject to the applicable payment and client verification process.
