Telecaller – Franchise Acquisition / Telesales

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented telecaller – franchise acquisition – to support the expansion of our franchise network.

The successful candidate will connect with prospective franchise partners, understand their business interests and investment capacity, explain the franchise opportunity, qualify leads, manage follow-ups, and schedule meetings with the Franchise Sales or Business Development team.

This role is suitable for freshers and professionals with experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate, business development, education sales, financial products, or franchise acquisition. The position combines lead generation, consultative communication, CRM management, and appointment setting—core activities commonly associated with telecalling and franchise-sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective franchise investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, and assigned leads.
Introduce the company, brand proposition, franchise model, products or services, and expansion opportunity.
Understand the prospect’s location preference, business interests, investment budget, experience, and expected timeline.
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria such as investment capacity, preferred territory, business background, and readiness to proceed.
Explain approved information regarding franchise fees, setup requirements, support services, infrastructure, the onboarding process, and next steps.
Handle basic queries and objections professionally, escalating commercial, legal, financial, or operational questions to the relevant team.
Conduct systematic follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels.
Share brochures, presentations, application forms, Expression of Interest forms, or other approved franchise information.
Schedule qualified meetings, video calls, office visits, discovery sessions, and discussions with the Franchise Sales or Business Development team.
Maintain complete and accurate records of calls, conversations, lead status, follow-up dates, requirements, and outcomes in the CRM or lead-management system.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely movement of prospects through the franchise acquisition funnel.
Track pending follow-ups and ensure that no qualified lead is neglected.
Collect relevant prospect information and share qualified leads with the concerned manager or department.
Provide regular updates on lead quality, prospect feedback, objections, and market response.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, meaningful conversations, qualified leads, appointments, and conversions.
Follow company-approved communication scripts, data-protection practices, calling guidelines, and franchise-disclosure policies.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is:

Excellent in verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Persuasive, enthusiastic, patient, and results-orientated.
Capable of building rapport with business owners and potential investors.
Good at identifying customer needs and handling basic objections.
Comfortable working with sales targets, performance metrics, and incentives.
Organised and consistent with follow-ups.
Able to record information accurately in CRM or lead-management systems.
Comfortable using MS Office, WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage.
Professional, ethical, and careful while communicating commercial or investment-related information.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Minimum qualification: graduation in any discipline; an experienced one in the same domain will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills may apply.
Preferred experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, telesales, franchise sales, real estate, education sales, insurance, banking, business development, or lead generation.
Experience in CRM-based calling, appointment setting, or B2B/B2C sales will be an added advantage.

Number of outbound calls made.
