APPZENO WEB SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can actively generate qualified business opportunities and convert them into projects for our IT and software development services.

This role is focused on actual client acquisition and revenue generation, not merely collecting contact lists. The ideal candidate should be confident in prospecting, cold outreach, client communication, requirement understanding, follow-ups, negotiation, and project conversion.

Position Details

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales
Experience: 2+ Years preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time / Freelance options may be considered
Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work From Home
Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month for full-time role
Additional Earnings: Performance-based incentives on successfully converted projects
Reporting To: Director / Management
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities for IT/software projects.
Identify businesses, startups, organizations, and decision-makers that require technology solutions.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp communication, and other legitimate business-development activities.
Utilize personal networks, referrals, freelancing platforms, social media, business directories, and other relevant channels for client acquisition.
Research prospects and understand their business requirements before approaching them.
Communicate with prospects and explain relevant APPZENO services and solutions.
Conduct client discussions and online meetings when required.
Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical/project team for feasibility and estimation.
Coordinate proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial discussions with the internal team.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate professionally and assist in converting qualified opportunities into confirmed projects.
Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communication, follow-ups, proposals, and conversion status.
Submit regular sales and business-development reports to management.
Achieve agreed lead-generation, meeting, pipeline, and project-conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition is preferred.
Good understanding of website, web application, mobile application, e-commerce, and custom software development services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
Experience with cold calling and outbound sales.
Experience with LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, or other digital lead-generation channels.
Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the technical team.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Target-oriented and commercially focused approach.
Basic understanding of the software development project lifecycle is preferred.

Candidates who only collect phone numbers, send generic messages, or provide unqualified contact lists will not be suitable for this position.

Client meetings/demonstrations
Active sales pipeline
Proposals generated

Compensation & Incentives

For the full-time BDE role:

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month
Performance Incentive: Additional incentive based on successfully converted projects and applicable company incentive structure.

For experienced freelance/business-development partners, APPZENO may also consider a project-based/performance-based commercial arrangement, depending on experience and contribution.

Important: Incentives/commission are applicable only to successfully finalized projects as per the company's approved commercial and payment terms. Lead generation alone does not qualify as a project conversion.
