Talent Acquisition & HR Lead – B2B SaaS Experience: 8–12+ Years Location: Bengaluru Work Model: Hybrid – 2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote CTC: As per experience and current compensation Industry: B2B SaaS / Global Technology Job Summary We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Lead with strong experience in global B2B SaaS hiring, particularly GTM hiring. The role will own and scale the Talent Acquisition function across India and support hiring for global markets, including the US. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on TA leader who can work closely with founders and senior stakeholders, independently close leadership positions, build hiring processes, and manage a TA/HR team. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition across India. Build and scale hiring capabilities for the US and other global markets. Lead and mentor a TA/HR team of 2+ members. Partner directly with founders and senior leadership on hiring strategy. Drive hiring across Sales, SDR/BDR, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships and Revenue Operations. Develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Personally source, assess and close critical and leadership positions. Manage external recruitment agencies and hiring partners where required. Build structured hiring processes, interview frameworks and scorecards. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, conversion rates and source effectiveness. Own ATS, recruitment workflows, dashboards and hiring analytics. Improve recruiter productivity through clear KPIs and performance tracking. Partner with hiring managers to improve JDs, intake processes and interview quality. Support onboarding handoffs and broader HR initiatives. Provide inputs on compensation benchmarks, candidate expectations and market trends. Help transition the organisation from founder-led hiring to structured, manager-led hiring. Mandatory Requirements 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / TA Leadership. 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS companies selling to global markets. Experience working in Series A–E / scaling startup environments. Strong hands-on GTM hiring experience is mandatory. Significant hiring experience across Sales, SDR/BDR, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, RevOps and related functions.

Experience hiring for US/global markets, including sourcing, talent mapping, compensation understanding and offer management. Must have personally closed at least one leadership position with CTC of ₹70 LPA+ through selfsourcing. Experience managing and mentoring a TA/HR team of 2+ members. Strong experience building hiring processes and frameworks in a scaling startup. Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics. Experience implementing structured, competency-based interviews, scorecards and interviewer training. Strong stakeholder management and founder/senior leadership partnering skills. Exposure to broader HR areas such as onboarding, performance management, policies and employee experience. Current CTC must be above ₹30 LPA. Critical Requirement GTM hiring must be a core part of the candidate's experience and should be stronger than Product/ Engineering hiring exposure. Candidates whose primary experience is Product/Engineering recruitment without substantial GTM hiring experience will not be considered. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on TA leader who has experienced the growth journey of a B2B SaaS startup and understands how to build a scalable talent function. They should be comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution, including sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, closing senior hires, coaching recruiters and partnering directly with founders. Key Screening Areas Candidates should be able to demonstrate: 1. B2B SaaS companies worked with. 2. Global/US hiring experience. 3. Strong GTM hiring track record. 4. Leadership hiring closed independently, including a ₹70 LPA+ position. 5. Startup funding/growth journey experience. 6. TA team management experience. 7. Current CTC above ₹30 LPA. 8. Experience building structured hiring processes and analytics
