Nitarya Global LLP is building Nitarya Living Index, a research-led advisory and intelligence system for evaluating premium real estate opportunities, neighbourhood quality, micro-market attractiveness, project fundamentals, and living environment quality.

We are not a conventional brokerage or listing platform. Our content needs to educate, build trust, simplify real estate complexity, and help clients understand what to check before making high-value real estate decisions.

Nitarya is an early-stage, founder-led startup with a small core team. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable with ownership, AI-assisted execution, direct founder interaction, and building a content system from scratch.

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive — Premium Real Estate who can convert founder-led thinking, research notes, market observations, and project insights into clear, premium, trust-building content.

This is not a basic social media posting role.

This role requires strong premium brand sensibility. The candidate should be able to create content that feels refined, trustworthy, intelligent, and useful — not loud, generic, viral-for-the-sake-of-viral, or broker-style.

The role requires someone who can understand nuanced ideas, create useful content formats, manage social/community communication, and support first-touch client engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Repurposing

Convert founder’s ideas, voice notes, market observations, and research points into daily content.
Create LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, WhatsApp updates, carousels, short explainers, checklists, and simple infographics.
Prepare content around premium real estate, micro-market evaluation, project due diligence, document readiness, neighbourhood quality, infrastructure access, maintenance, price-vs-value, buyer education, and premium property decision-making.
Repurpose long-form ideas into short, clear content formats.
Maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar.

2. Nitarya Living Index Content

Help convert internal research and market observations into client-friendly content.
Create simple explainers around how to evaluate a micro-market, project, neighbourhood, or premium real estate opportunity.
Create content that separates facts, claims, risks, and next steps.
Avoid hype, exaggerated returns, and broker-style sales language.

3. Community & Social Media Management

Manage and moderate LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social channels.
Respond to basic comments, DMs, and community messages professionally.
Share useful updates through WhatsApp status, broadcast lists, and community posts.
Escalate serious client or partner queries to the founder.

4. First-Touch Client Support

Handle initial responses from prospective clients.
Ask basic qualification questions.
Organize lead details clearly.
Support follow-up discipline.
Recommend founder calls where appropriate.

5. Visual & Format Creation

Create clean carousels, infographics, micro-reports, checklists, and simple visual explainers.
Use Canva and AI tools to create premium-looking content quickly.
Coordinate with freelance designers or video editors when required.
Ensure content does not look generic, cheap, loud, cluttered, or overly trend-driven.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, community management, marketing communication, or premium brand content.
Strong written English.
Ability to write clearly for LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and client-facing communication.
Strong taste and premium communication judgment: ability to create content that appeals to affluent, educated, and high-trust audiences without hype, exaggeration, or cheap visual language.
Good visual judgment.
Comfort with Canva or similar design tools.
Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar.
Ability to understand premium clients and avoid mass-market communication.
Strong ownership, follow-up, and execution discipline.
Comfortable working in an early-stage, founder-led startup with a small team.

This Role Is Not Suitable For

This role is not suitable for candidates who:

Only want to design graphics.
Only want to edit videos.
Only understand reels, trends, and viral content.
Cannot write professional English.
Are uncomfortable using AI tools.
Need every small instruction repeated.
Prefer large teams, fixed departments, or highly supervised roles.
Think marketing is only about posting more content.
Are comfortable with hype, exaggerated claims, or aggressive sales language.
Create mainly loud, trend-driven, meme-led, discount-led, or mass-market content.
Cannot distinguish between premium advisory communication and ordinary real estate marketing.
Lack attention to detail in language, layout, tone, or visual presentation.
