Job Title: Senior Brand Executive
Department: Marketing
Location: Head Office

Job Summary

The Senior Brand Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integrated branding and marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility, ensure consistent communication, and support business growth. The role involves managing ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, organizing dealer meets and marketing events, conducting site visits and recce, and ensuring the smooth execution of brand campaigns and activations across multiple locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Planning & Coordination

Assist in developing and executing branding and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Support the implementation of brand positioning initiatives in trade and retail markets.
Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign execution schedules.
Ensure timely availability of branding materials across regions.

Campaign Execution (ATL / BTL / Digital)

Plan and coordinate ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
Manage retail branding, dealer branding, outdoor advertising, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Support the execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.
Assist in monitoring campaign effectiveness and execution quality.

BTL & On-Ground Marketing Activities

Coordinate the execution of BTL activities including retail branding, signage, hoardings, dealer meets, exhibitions, product displays, events, and brand activations.
Plan and coordinate dealer meets, customer engagement programs, and promotional events.
Visit event locations for site inspections, recce, and feasibility assessments before execution.
Coordinate venue inspections, event setup planning, logistics, and branding installations.
Supervise on-ground execution to ensure activities are completed as per brand guidelines and timelines.
Travel across different locations for dealer meets, exhibitions, marketing events, branding activities, campaign execution, site inspections, and other marketing initiatives whenever required.
Monitor campaign implementation and maintain quality standards across all marketing activities.

Vendor & Agency Coordination

Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, event setups, branding materials, display units, promotional merchandise, and event logistics.
Conduct vendor meetings and coordinate with event management agencies, fabrication partners, printers, branding vendors, and other service providers.
Assist in negotiating pricing, timelines, and delivery schedules.
Liaise with creative agencies, media agencies, digital partners, and production vendors for campaign execution.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of branding materials.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, and Regional Teams.
Coordinate with branch offices for the execution of branding initiatives.
Ensure alignment of marketing activities with business and sales objectives.
Coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.

Reporting & Documentation

Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
Assist in preparing MIS reports for management review.
Maintain records of marketing expenses, vendor bills, quotations, purchase requests, campaign documentation, and vendor records.
Prepare post-event reports and campaign summaries.

Budget Support

Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and campaign expenses.
Ensure cost-effective execution of branding activities.
Track vendor invoices and support timely processing of payments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
4–7 years of experience in branding, marketing coordination, brand management, event management, or related roles.

Required Skills

Good understanding of ATL, BTL, retail branding, dealer branding, and integrated marketing activities.
Experience in organizing dealer meets, exhibitions, promotional events, and brand activations.
Knowledge of event planning, site recce, venue coordination, and on-ground execution.
Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and campaigns.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Experience in the manufacturing, plywood, laminates, building materials, or allied industry will be preferred.

Comfortable traveling extensively for dealer meets, exhibitions, site inspections, branding audits, vendor meetings, and other marketing activities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary

Up to ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on relevant experience, skill set, and last drawn salary.)
