Job Summary

Nyraa Propex is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager with strong experience in the Real Estate Industry and an established professional network with Builders, Developers, Construction Companies, Real Estate Agents, Brokers and Property Consultants.

The primary responsibility of this position is to generate and acquire new business opportunities for Nyraa Propex by identifying builders and developers who require sales, marketing, channel partner, sole-selling or project marketing support.

This is a Business Development & Business Acquisition role, not a conventional telecalling or Channel Partner management position.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a pleasant and professional personality, strong networking abilities and a proven track record of converting industry relationships into genuine business opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business opportunities from Builders, Developers and Construction Companies.
Identify upcoming, ongoing and new-launch real estate projects.
Find developers looking for external sales, marketing or channel partner support.
Generate opportunities for:
Channel Partner Appointments
Sales Partnerships
Sole Selling Mandates
Project Marketing Mandates
Real Estate Sales Assignments
Strategic Business Partnerships
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects and developers.
Research the market to identify new developers, projects and business opportunities.

Builder & Developer Acquisition

Establish direct relationships with Promoters, Directors, Owners, Business Heads and Sales/Marketing Heads.
Arrange meetings with key decision-makers.
Present Nyraa Propex's capabilities, sales network and business proposition.
Understand project requirements, inventory, pricing, sales strategy and commercial expectations.
Facilitate proposals and commercial discussions.
Coordinate with senior management for negotiations and finalization.
Follow up consistently until the business opportunity is converted into an actual mandate or appointment.

Real Estate Network Development

Develop and maintain professional relationships with:

Builders
Developers
Construction Companies
Real Estate Companies
Project Owners
Promoters
Real Estate Agents
Property Brokers
Property Consultants
Channel Partner Companies
Project Marketing Companies
Real Estate Advisory Firms

Use these relationships to generate introductions, referrals and new project opportunities for Nyraa Propex.

Market Intelligence

Track upcoming projects and new launches across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Panvel and surrounding MMR locations.
Monitor developer activity and expansion plans.
Identify projects requiring additional sales and marketing support.
Track market trends, pricing, inventory and competitor activity.
Maintain a database of prospective developers and projects.

Business Conversion

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete business-development cycle:

Prospecting → Introduction → Meeting → Presentation → Proposal → Negotiation → Appointment → Business

The focus will be on converting opportunities into actual business, rather than simply generating contact lists.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who has:

5–7+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Business Development, Developer Relations, Project Sales, Channel Sales, Strategic Partnerships or Real Estate Consultancy.
Strong knowledge of the Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / Panvel real estate market.
An established network within the real estate industry.
Proven experience dealing directly with builders and developers.
Strong ability to generate business independently.
Experience acquiring projects, mandates, sales assignments or strategic partnerships will be highly preferred.
