Full job description

Yarify is a new dating and social connection app focused on helping people discover genuine connections in a safe, engaging and modern environment.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can take ownership of user acquisition and growth and help Yarify build a strong user base, starting with key markets in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and expanding across India.

This is a hands-on growth role. We are looking for someone who can not only create strategies but also execute campaigns, experiment quickly, analyze data and deliver measurable user growth.

Key Responsibilities1. User Acquisition & Growth

Develop and execute strategies to increase app installs, registrations, active users and matches.
Build a scalable user-acquisition strategy across organic and paid channels.
Identify the most effective channels for acquiring high-quality users at a sustainable cost.
Continuously test new growth channels, campaigns and acquisition methods.
Develop strategies to improve conversion from ad → landing page → install → registration → active user.

2. Female User Acquisition

Develop dedicated strategies to increase female sign-ups and active female users.
Create campaigns and partnerships that make women feel comfortable, interested and motivated to join Yarify.
Identify communities, creators, influencers and platforms with a strong female audience.
Track female acquisition separately and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance.

3. Social Media Growth

Own growth strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Develop viral content concepts around dating, relationships, humour, modern relationships and relatable situations.
Work closely with the content creator/video editor to produce high-performing Reels, Shorts and other content.
Identify trending formats, sounds, topics and memes that can be adapted for Yarify.
Build strategies to increase followers, engagement, shares and organic reach.

4. Influencer & Creator Marketing

Identify and build relationships with micro and regional influencers.
Develop influencer campaigns focused on app installs and registrations rather than vanity metrics.
Negotiate influencer collaborations and manage campaigns from briefing to performance analysis.
Build a creator network across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and eventually other Indian markets.
Identify creators with high-quality and relevant audiences, especially female audiences.

5. Paid Advertising

Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as:
Meta Ads
Instagram Ads
YouTube Ads
Google Ads
Other relevant performance-marketing platforms
Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPI, CPA, CAC and registration cost.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, messaging and landing pages.
Scale campaigns that demonstrate strong retention and user quality.

6. Local & Regional Growth

Develop city-by-city growth strategies.
Initially focus on Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, followed by expansion into major Indian cities.
Identify high-potential locations, colleges, communities, events and local creators.
Build concentrated user bases rather than spreading the marketing budget too thinly across India.

7. Viral & Referral Growth

Design referral programs that encourage users to invite friends.
Develop campaigns that can generate organic sharing and word-of-mouth growth.
Experiment with referral rewards, challenges, contests and community campaigns.
Identify opportunities to create viral loops inside and outside the app.

8. App Growth & Conversion Optimization

Work with the product and development team to improve:
App install conversion
Registration completion
Profile completion
First interaction
Match rate
User retention
Referral rate
Analyze where users drop off during onboarding and recommend improvements.
Work with the product team on growth experiments and A/B tests.

9. Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track and report key growth metrics including:
App installs
Registrations
Cost per install
Cost per registration
Customer acquisition cost
Daily/Monthly Active Users
Female-to-male user ratio
Retention
Referral rate
Match rate
Conversion rates
Create weekly and monthly growth reports.
Use data to identify what is working and what needs to change.

10. Growth Experiments

Run rapid experiments across marketing channels.
Test different:
Ad creatives
Videos
Headlines
Offers
Audiences
Influencer formats
Referral mechanisms
Landing pages
Campaign messages
Quickly stop underperforming campaigns and scale successful ones.

11. Brand Building

Help establish Yarify as a recognizable dating brand among young Indian users.
Develop a consistent brand voice across social media and marketing channels.
Identify PR, collaboration and partnership opportunities.
Build a strong community around the Yarify brand.

12. Team Collaboration

Work closely with:
Founder
Social Media Manager
Graphic Designer
Video Editor
Influencers/Creators
Product & Development Team
Provide clear creative briefs and growth requirements.
Coordinate campaigns and ensure deadlines are met.

Required Skills

3–7 years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / User Acquisition.
Proven experience growing a consumer-facing app, startup, D2C brand, social platform or similar product.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads.
Experience with influencer and creator marketing.
Strong understanding of social-media growth and viral content.
Data-driven approach to marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage marketing budgets efficiently.
Excellent communication and execution skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Willingness to experiment and take ownership.

Pay: ₹16,278.91 - ₹30,000.00 per month
