Job Overview

We are not looking for someone who simply closes Salesforce tickets. We're looking for someone who enjoys untangling complex systems, simplifying architecture, solving difficult business problems, and taking ownership of an enterprise Salesforce platform. If you've ever inherited a legacy Salesforce org and thought, "I can make this dramatically better," we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the technical direction of our Salesforce platform.
Design scalable enterprise solutions.
Simplify existing architecture and reduce technical debt.
Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and modern Salesforce technologies.
Improve security, permissions, and platform governance.
Design and review integrations with enterprise applications.
Implement DevOps best practices, Git, CI/CD, and release management.
Produce clear solution architecture and technical documentation.
Mentor administrators and developers.
Partner directly with business leaders to solve real business problems.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Experience leading or owning enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce security.
Experience with Git and Salesforce DevOps.
Experience simplifying complex Salesforce environments.
Excellent communication and English speaking.
Salesforce Platform Developer I required. Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly regarded.
Experience with Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) and Azure DevOps is a strong advantage.
