Technical Product Support Engineer (FinTech SaaS)

Location: Remote (India)

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: ₹9 - 12 LPA (₹8,000/week during the Paid Technical Evaluation Program, up to 12 weeks)

Working Hours: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (US Market Hours), Monday - Friday

This is NOT a traditional Customer Support or BPO role.

We are looking for highly analytical individuals who enjoy learning complex software, solving technical problems, and understanding financial markets. This role is conceptually demanding and requires continuous learning, independent problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership.

Have knowledge of trading or financial markets (or are genuinely passionate about learning them).
Enjoy learning new software independently.
Have excellent written English.
Can work during US Market Hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).

Can write thoughtful, accurate customer responses independently rather than relying on AI-generated answers.

Our Hiring Process:

Paid Technical Evaluation Program (₹8,000 Fixed Remuneration per Week)
Weekly Perfomance Evaluations
Full-Time Offer (₹9–12 LPA) & Probation

Note: Candidates will receive the weekly evaluation remuneration for each completed week of the Technical Evaluation Program, irrespective of the final hiring decision.

As a Technical Product Support Engineer, you'll work directly with the founder to deliver world-class support to our customers.

This role combines:

You will investigate customer issues, understand trading workflows, identify root causes, and become an expert on a leading FinTech SaaS platform used by traders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities & Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for candidates who can:

Provide high-quality chat and email support while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues with strong analytical thinking.
Investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues to identify root causes.
Learn complex product features, trading workflows, and financial concepts independently.
Clearly explain technical concepts and product features through excellent written communication.
Demonstrate ownership, professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail.
