Immediate Joiners Preferred | Manufacturing Industry | Taloja MIDC | Future Relocation to Khopoli

You are willing to work from our Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai plant and are comfortable with the proposed future relocation to Khopoli, Raigad.

This is an urgent hiring requirement. Candidates who are not comfortable with the manufacturing environment, work location, relocation requirement, or immediate joining timeline are requested not to apply.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee Finance & Accounts operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, costing, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, MIS reporting, banking operations, and financial controls.

The role requires a proactive professional who can independently manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts functions while leading a team of 6-7 Finance & Accounts professionals. The candidate will work closely with the CFO to ensure timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, effective financial planning, and continuous process improvements.

Preparation and review of financial statements, balance sheets, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements, MIS and Management Reports.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger and Payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, statutory regulations and accounting standards.
Coordinate Internal and External Audits.
Handle Banking Operations, Fund Management and Bank Reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
Ensure timely closure of books and monthly reporting.
Implement financial controls and process improvements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.
Lead, guide and manage a team of 6-7 finance & accounts professionals by ensuring proper work allocation, timely completion of tasks, accuracy in reporting and smooth day-to-day departmental operations.
Support the Finance Head in strategic finance and operational activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting.
CA Inter / CMA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / Semi-Qualified CMA / MBA (Finance) will be preferred.
Additional professional qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts.
Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
Experience in handling end-to-end finance & accounts functions with team management responsibilities.
Exposure to ERP systems in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
