Full job description

Josisoft Technologies is looking for an experienced and highly responsible IT Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT and digital services company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating different departments, supporting recruitment and employee training, monitoring performance, improving internal processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily business operations.

This is a leadership position for someone who can take ownership, make decisions, solve operational problems, and help build a structured and high-performing work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Business Operations

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, Development, Project, and other teams.
Monitor overall team productivity and operational efficiency.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
Ensure that company processes and internal systems are properly followed.

Team & People Management

Lead, coordinate, and support multiple teams and departments.
Set clear expectations, responsibilities, and performance standards.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Handle employee-related issues and workplace conflicts professionally.
Build a positive, accountable, and productive work culture.

Recruitment & Employee Development

Participate in the recruitment and interview process for new employees.
Help identify and select suitable candidates for different roles.
Support the onboarding and training of new employees.
Develop training and performance improvement plans.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

KPI & Performance Management

Set and monitor departmental and employee performance targets.
Track KPIs and regularly review actual performance against expected results.
Identify underperforming employees and take appropriate corrective action.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Ensure that teams remain focused on company objectives and business results.

Cross-Department Coordination

Coordinate effectively between Sales, Marketing, Development, Projects, HR, and other teams.
Ensure proper communication and smooth handover of work between departments.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and improve internal processes.
Ensure that projects, tasks, and business activities progress according to plan.

Problem Solving & Decision Making

Handle day-to-day operational issues independently.
Resolve team conflicts and employee-related problems.
Make practical decisions based on business priorities.
Escalate major issues to senior management with clear analysis and recommended solutions.

Process & System Improvement

Create, implement, and improve internal SOPs and workflows.
Improve company systems, reporting structures, and operational processes.
Reduce inefficiencies and improve team productivity.
Help build scalable systems that allow the company to grow efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, business operations, team management, or a similar leadership role.
Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple departments.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Good understanding of business operations and performance management.
Experience in recruitment, interviewing, employee training, or team development.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Experience in a software development, IT services, digital marketing, or technology company will be preferred.
