Job Description: Business Development Associate (B2B Corporate Sales)

About Stimuli IQ

We are a healthcare-focused EdTech startup working to bridge the gap between classroom learning and clinical practice for health-science students.

Through structured training programs, expert-led workshops, real internship opportunities, clinical research exposure, and mentorship from healthcare industry professionals, we help students develop practical knowledge and industry-relevant skills beyond their academic curriculum.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, consultative Business Development Associate (BDA) to accelerate our corporate market expansion. In this role, you will focus entirely on B2B client acquisition, identifying and engaging key institutional decision-makers such as Hospital Administrators, Chief Medical Officers, HR Directors, and Clinical Operations Leaders. As a BDA at Stimuli IQ, you will act as a strategic advisor, matching our comprehensive healthcare education portfolios with the workforce development and compliance needs of medical institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Campaign Execution

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and participation in our programs.

Develop and implement student-focused campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Coordinate with the content and creative teams to execute campaign requirements.

Identify relevant student communities, colleges, clubs, and organizations for outreach.

Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and conversion data.

2. Sales & Student Acquisition

Manage leads generated through marketing campaigns, workshops, college outreach, and other channels.

Communicate with prospective students and understand their requirements, interests, and career goals to help them understand our workshops, internships, mentorship programs, and other offerings to prospective students.

Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and move them through the conversion funnel.

Work towards achieving monthly student acquisition and revenue trackers.

3. Workshop & Program Execution

Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of workshops conducted through our platform.

Coordinate with healthcare professionals, doctors, psychologists, researchers, mentors, and other speakers.

Manage registrations, student communication, reminders, attendance, and post-event follow-ups.

Ensure speakers and students have all necessary information before the session.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of workshops.

Collect participant feedback and identify opportunities to improve future programs.

Convert workshop participants into relevant courses, internships, mentorship programs, or other offerings where appropriate.

4. College & Student Outreach

Identify opportunities to conduct workshops, career sessions, and industry-exposure programs.

Coordinate with college representatives to execute events and student campaigns to develop and maintain a pipeline of colleges and student communities.

Identify high-potential student groups and opportunities for future partnerships.

5. Business Operations & Reporting

Maintain dashboards and trackers for leads, campaigns, workshops, conversions, and revenue.

Monitor key business metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.

Coordinate across marketing, sales, academic, HR, and program teams.

Document processes and continuously improve the way campaigns and programs are executed.

Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution.

Requirements & Core Competencies

Fresh graduates with strong communication, sales, leadership, and execution skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable speaking with students, faculty members, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, leads, and events simultaneously.
Willingness to work in a target-driven and fast-paced startup environment.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
