About the organisation

Navjyoti India Foundation is a not-for-profit society, registered in 1988 by then 16 serving police officers of Delhi Police and conceived by Dr Kiran Bedi, the first Indian woman IPS, and her team of North district police, with the main objective of crime prevention through welfare policing.

Over the last 36 years, we have been working relentlessly to bring about qualitative behavioural change and impact the lives of the underserved in need in the urban esettlement colonies of northwest Delhi and rural areas and peri-urban spaces in Haryana. Job Description: Executive & Operations Coordinator (To the Director)

Position: Full-Time

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Management, Communication, Social Sciences, or related field)

Experience- 0-2 years

Location- Nubase Building Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana 122003

Salary- ₹3,60,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum (CTC)

Date of Joining- Immediate

About Role

Executive & Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Director and leadership team to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, stakeholder coordination, administrative operations, content creation, and field-level activities. The role requires a blend of executive assistance, project management, communication, and creative storytelling skills.

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAS)

Executive Support & Leadership Coordination

Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and schedules.
Follow up on important tasks and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Operations Management

Support smooth day-to-day operations.
Track projects, deadlines, and action items.
Identify issues and provide timely solutions.

Stakeholder Management

Maintain effective communication with teams, partners, and vendors.
Ensure timely updates and follow-ups.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Maintain records and important documents.
Support data collection and reporting activities.

Content Creation & Digital Communication

Create presentations, proposals, and social media content.
Develop creative materials using tools like Canva.
Capture and share organizational impact stories.

Field Operations & Program Support

Support field visits, events, and program activities.
Manage logistics and coordination requirements.
Capture photos/videos and prepare updates.

Process Improvement

Suggest improvements for better workflow.
Take proactive steps to support leadership and operations.
