Job Description – Executive Assistant (EA) to CHRO

Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to CHRO

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Experience: 7+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

Reporting To: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide dedicated support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and prior experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain strict confidentiality, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the smooth functioning of the CHRO's office in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to the CHRO.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and business schedules.
Coordinate communication between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, reports, business correspondence, meeting agendas, and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and employee information.
Coordinate leadership meetings, HR reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic discussions.
Assist in preparing HR dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
Manage visitor interactions and represent the CHRO's office with professionalism.
Support special projects, business initiatives, and cross-functional coordination as assigned by the CHRO.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management, CXOs, Directors, CEOs, CHROs, or Leadership Teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
High level of professionalism, maturity, and executive presence.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Candidate Profile

Age between 30–35 years.
Experience supporting C-suite executives, senior leadership, or HR leadership teams.
Well-groomed, confident, and highly presentable personality.
Strong business etiquette and professional communication skills.
Experience in Healthcare, Healthcare Services, BPM/BPO, Shared Services, or Corporate organizations will be preferred.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive organizational information.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC up to ₹10 LPA, based on experience and qualifications.
