Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with AI skills to join our growing team in India. The candidate will be responsible for creating product graphics, social media posts, brochures, catalogues, presentations, website banners, and marketing materials for Officebase.

The ideal candidate should have a clean and professional design style, strong attention to detail, and the ability to create high-quality content for an office furniture brand. They should also be comfortable using AI-powered design tools to generate creative concepts, improve images, explore design variations, and complete work more efficiently.

AI tools should support the design process, but all final materials must be carefully reviewed and adjusted to meet Officebase’s brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design: Create professional social media posts, website banners, flyers, brochures, catalogues, product graphics, advertisements, and presentations.

Product Marketing: Prepare clean and attractive marketing visuals for office furniture products, including desks, chairs, workstations, storage units, meeting tables, and office accessories.

AI-Assisted Design: Use AI-powered tools to generate design concepts, backgrounds, layouts, visual references, campaign ideas, and creative variations.

Image Editing: Edit and enhance product images, remove or replace backgrounds, correct lighting and colours, retouch images, improve image quality, and prepare visuals for digital and print use.

AI Image Enhancement: Use AI tools to improve image resolution, extend backgrounds, create suitable environments, remove unwanted objects, and enhance product presentation while maintaining the accuracy of the original furniture.

AI Prompting: Write clear and effective prompts to generate suitable creative concepts, backgrounds, visual styles, campaign ideas, and marketing content.

Social Media Content: Create engaging designs for social media campaigns, product promotions, launches, offers, and company announcements.

Catalogues and Brochures: Design professional product catalogues, brochures, specification sheets, and marketing documents with clear layouts and accurate product information.

Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent Officebase look across all designs, including colours, fonts, layouts, logos, product presentation, and marketing materials.

Content Support: Support the marketing and sales teams with presentation layouts, website visuals, basic video and reel graphics, product campaigns, and promotional content.

Design Variations: Create multiple design options, formats, and sizes for websites, social media platforms, advertisements, catalogues, and print materials.

Quality Control: Review all designs carefully to ensure correct spelling, product details, dimensions, pricing, branding, image quality, alignment, and overall presentation before submission.

AI Output Verification: Review and correct all AI-generated content to ensure products, logos, furniture details, colours, proportions, materials, text, and brand elements remain accurate.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, product marketing, branding, advertising, or a similar creative role.

Design Software: Strong experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, InDesign, or similar professional design software.

AI Tools: Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Canva AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

AI Skills: Ability to use AI tools to develop concepts, generate visual references, improve images, create design variations, support written content, and increase productivity.

Portfolio: Must have a strong portfolio showing social media designs, product graphics, catalogues, brochures, branding work, advertisements, or marketing campaigns. Candidates are encouraged to include examples of AI-assisted design work.

Product Design Understanding: Ability to present furniture products professionally without changing their original shape, proportions, materials, finishes, or features.

English Requirement: Excellent English reading, writing, verbal communication, and comprehension skills are required. The candidate must be able to understand design briefs, follow written feedback, check marketing content, write effective AI prompts, and communicate professionally in English.

Creative Skills: Good understanding of layout, typography, colour coordination, branding, composition, visual hierarchy, and clean professional design.

Attention to Detail: Must be able to identify spelling errors, incorrect product details, inconsistent branding, low-quality images, layout problems, and visual inaccuracies.

Attitude: Creative, punctual, detail-oriented, professional, willing to learn new technologies, and able to complete work within agreed timelines.

As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring a portfolio showcasing their skills and previous work.
