ABOUT MONKYVISION CREATIVE SOLUTIONS: At Monkyvision, we operate as a full-spectrum digital creative agency and strategic partner to ambitious founders, high-growth executives, and scaling brands. We specialize in executive personal branding, organizational storytelling, performance marketing, short/long-form content production, and 2D animated properties.

We built our company culture on a high-performance sports team framework—not traditional corporate hierarchy. We operate fully remote across India with a highly agile, vibrant Gen Z creative crew (average age: 23). We combine immense creative freedom with rigorous accountability, clear SOPs, and global exposure spanning markets in India, North America (Canada), and Europe (Germany)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Account Lead & Creative Strategist who functions as a force multiplier for agency leadership. You will take full command of 5 to 6 client retainers, acting as the primary strategic brain and execution driver.

This role bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy, creative content production (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta/ Google Ads), statistical performance analysis, and operational process discipline. You will direct dedicated remote pods of graphic designers, video editors, and animators to deliver flawless creative assets while keeping every account on schedule and on strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OPERATIONAL PILLARS:

Pillar 1: Account Ownership & Multi-Channel Strategy

End-to-End Client Leadership: Own 5–6 retainers completely. Act as the primary strategic voice for domestic and international founders (Canada, Germany, India).
Omnichannel Strategy: Draft, schedule, and oversee content calendars across LinkedIn (thought leadership & carousels), YouTube (long-form scripts & Shorts), Instagram (reels & visual identity), and performance ad funnels.
Executive Branding & Narrative Architecture: Translate complex business models and founder personalities into sharp, high-converting digital hooks and formats.

Pillar 2: Data Analytics, Statistical Trends & Reporting Discipline

Weekly Operational Dashboards: Track, calculate, and analyze core performance metrics across accounts (Hook Retention Rate, Engagement Rate, Click-Through Rates [CTR], Conversion Pipelines).
Monthly Strategic Reviews: Prepare and present structured monthly performance reviews to clients and leadership, providing statistical trend analysis and clear strategic adjustments.
Data-Driven Content Iteration: Systematically identify top-performing content clusters and eliminate underperforming formats based on empirical platform data.

Pillar 3: Process Engineering, SOPs & Documentation

SOP Creation & Maintenance: Draft, update, and enforce standardized operating procedures for client onboarding, creative briefing, visual quality control, script handoffs, and final client sign-offs.
Centralized Hub Management: Keep project management portals (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace) meticulously updated so every team member operates off clean, documented workflows.

Pillar 4: Creative Team Leadership & Sprint Management

Production Sprint Management: Lead daily virtual standups and weekly sprint planning for remote editors, animators, and designers.
Creative Briefing & QA: Translate high-level client strategies into granular briefs. Ensure 100% adherence to visual, editorial, and brand standards before external release.

Pillar 5: Skill Upgradation & AI Tool Integration

Workflow Innovation: Actively integrate modern generative AI, automated tools, and advanced social listening software into content production workflows.
Team Mentorship: Continuously train and upskill junior designers and editors on visual hierarchy, platform trends, and storytelling techniques.

Process & Project Management: Expertise in setting up Notion/ClickUp databases, visual storyboards, and creative SOPs.
Copy & Scriptwriting Sense: Sharp ability to evaluate, write, or refine viral hooks, video scripts, and visual concepts.
The "Jugaad" Factor: Resourceful, street-smart problem solver who finds creative paths around roadblocks, missing assets, or technical glitches.
Extreme Ownership: Operates like an entrepreneur. Takes complete responsibility for account health, client retention, and team performance without requiring handholding.
Resilience Under Pressure: Thrives in fast-paced agency environments, staying calm, organized, and focused during tight turnaround sprints.
Process Rigor & Documentation Discipline: Instinctively builds rules, checklists, and templates to turn chaos into smooth operational systems.
Empathy & Gen Z Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and hold accountable a vibrant, young distributed team with clarity, warmth, and constructive feedback.
