Senior HR Executive — Full-Stack People OperationsCompany: TechSnitch
Location: Noida, India (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director of Operations
About TechSnitchTechSnitch is an AI-agnostic ServiceNow advisory and solutions firm. We partner with global enterprises and elite ServiceNow channels to deliver platform depth, proprietary AI IPs (SNADA, SAOS, AI Control Tower), and rapid-deployment frameworks. As we scale, we need a Senior HR Executive who doesn't just "do HR" — who owns the talent engine end-to-end, from the first candidate touchpoint to the final payroll run and beyond.

The RoleWe are looking for a high-agency, operationally sharp Senior HR Executive to build and run our people operations from our Noida office. You will be the central nervous system of our talent and delivery ecosystem — ensuring we scout the right people, onboard them flawlessly, manage their entire lifecycle (full-time + vendor/contractor), and keep our delivery engine humming.This is not a siloed HR role. You will sit at the intersection of Recruitment, Delivery, Finance, and Vendor Management. You will talk to customers to understand staffing needs, coordinate with delivery leads on resource planning, manage payroll and compliance, and ensure every timesheet, BGV check, and contractor invoice is airtight.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Own end-to-end hiring for full-time employees and vendor/contractor resources across technical and consulting roles.
Build and maintain a live talent pipeline for ServiceNow, AI, and enterprise consulting profiles.
Write compelling job descriptions, source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, and niche channels, and conduct initial screening interviews.
Coordinate technical and leadership interviews, manage offer letters, and ensure a zero-drop offer-to-joining experience.

2. Delivery-Aligned Resource Management

Partner directly with customer-facing delivery teams to understand project requirements, skill gaps, and resource timelines.
Map talent to demand: Ensure the right profiles (ServiceNow developers, architects, AI consultants, GRC specialists) are deployed to the right projects at the right time.
Maintain a real-time resource availability tracker and flag capacity risks before they impact delivery.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

Onboard, contract, and manage third-party vendors, staffing agencies, and individual contractors.
Negotiate vendor rates, manage contract renewals, and ensure SLA compliance.
Track contractor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including timesheet validation, performance feedback, and exit formalities.

4. Payroll, Compliance & Finance Coordination

Process monthly payroll for full-time employees and contractor payouts accurately and on time.
Manage PF, ESIC, TDS, professional tax, and other statutory compliances.
Liaise with the Finance team on invoicing, cost-center mapping, budget vs. actuals for people costs, and resource cost optimization.
Maintain payroll records, leave balances, and attendance data with zero tolerance for errors.

5. Background Verification (BGV) & Documentation

Execute pre-onboarding BGV checks (employment, education, criminal, reference) for all hires and contractors.
Maintain a centralized, audit-ready documentation repository for every employee and vendor — offer letters, contracts, NDAs, BGV reports, asset handovers, and exit documents.
Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.

6. Timesheet, Attendance & Resource Journey Tracking

Enforce timesheet discipline across all billable and non-billable resources.
Track attendance, leaves, and utilization metrics; publish weekly dashboards for leadership.
Own the full employee and contractor journey: onboarding → induction → performance checkpoints → engagement → exit — ensuring no one falls through the cracks.

7. HR Operations & Employee Experience

Design and run onboarding programs that get new hires productive within Week 1.
Act as the first point of contact for all employee and contractor queries on policy, payroll, leaves, and benefits.
Drive engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and retention strategies in a high-performance consulting environment.

What You Bring

3–6 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll — preferably in IT services, consulting, or SaaS firms.
Proven track record of hiring technical talent (ServiceNow, cloud, AI/ML, enterprise consulting roles is a strong plus).
Hands-on experience with payroll processing and Indian labor statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, leave encashment).
Experience managing vendor contracts, staffing agencies, and contractor lifecycles.
Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable talking to delivery heads, customer teams, finance, and vendors in the same day.
High proficiency in Excel/Sheets, HRMS tools, and ATS platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills, high integrity, and an ownership mindset. You don't wait to be told — you see the gap and fix it.
