SUMMARY
Senior Performance Marketing Manager with 5–8 years of experience owning paid acquisition, revenue scaling, and multi-channel campaign strategy for D2C and e-commerce brands. Deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads, with a strong commercial lens on sales outcomes, ROAS, CAC optimisation, and full-funnel growth. A proven revenue driver with the ability to build frameworks, lead experiments, and align marketing spend directly to business growth. Experience in Nutra healthcare, skincare, or FMCG is a strong added advantage.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own end-to-end paid acquisition and revenue growth at Miror. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role with the potential to build and lead a performance team. The ideal candidate brings a revenue-first mindset, sharp analytical thinking, and deep hands-on expertise in scaling D2C sales through paid media and performance-led growth strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Revenue Strategy & Commercial Ownership
· Own the paid marketing P&L — set and deliver revenue, ROAS, and CAC targets across all paid channels.
· Build full-funnel campaign architectures aligned to monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
· Forecast budgets and revenue projections in partnership with the business and product teams.
· Drive sales growth across D2C, marketplaces, and app ecosystems through performance-led strategies.
2. Campaign Execution & Optimisation
· Lead execution and optimisation of campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
· Continuously iterate on audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and creative formats.
· Run structured A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to maximise conversion.
· Implement and maintain event tracking, pixel setups, and conversion APIs for accurate measurement.
3. Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
· Monitor daily and weekly performance — take decisive corrective action to protect KPIs and revenue.
· Build executive-level dashboards and reports highlighting key insights, wins, and growth opportunities.
· Measure incrementally, optimise attribution models, and focus on LTV-driven growth over short-term ROAS.
· Leverage data to identify revenue leakages and unlock untapped audience or channel opportunities.
4. Creative & Messaging Strategy
· Brief the creative team with data-backed direction for high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
· Identify winning hooks, messaging frameworks, and creative formats based on performance signals.
· Champion a test-and-learn culture for creative iterations tied to sales outcomes.
5. Growth, Scaling & Innovation
· Identify and activate scalable audience pools and new revenue channels.
· Experiment with new campaign types, emerging ad formats, and growth loops to unlock incremental revenue.
· Lead CRO initiatives to improve landing page performance and purchase conversion rates.
· Evaluate and onboard new tools, automation, and technologies to improve performance efficiency.
6. Team & Stakeholder Leadership
· Collaborate closely with brand, product, content, and tech teams to align performance efforts with business priorities.
· Mentor junior performance marketers and contribute to building a high-performance growth team.
· Present performance insights and growth strategies to senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 5–8 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google performance campaigns for a D2C or e-commerce brand.
· Deep understanding of performance metrics — ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, AOV — and how they connect to business revenue.
· Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue profitably at a D2C brand.
· Strong analytical ability to derive insights from complex data and make fast, high-quality decisions.
· Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, and ad automation/optimisation tools.
· Experience in Nutra healthcare, skincare, or FMCG is a strong added advantage.
· Creative mindset balanced with a rigorous, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
PREFERRED SKILLS (GOOD TO HAVE)
· Experience in app-led growth, marketplace categories, or multi-vertical revenue scaling.
· Familiarity with marketing automation, deep linking, and experimentation platforms.
· Prior experience leading or mentoring a performance marketing team.
· Interest in skincare, wellness, beauty, or consumer-first health brands.
· Experience with incrementally testing, MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling), or advanced attribution frameworks.
