We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer with 1–2 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning content.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with authoring tools, instructional design principles, and multimedia content development.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:Develop interactive eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.

. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand content requirements.
. Convert storyboards and scripts into engaging learning experiences.
. Incorporate multimedia elements such as audio, video, animations, and graphics.
. Ensure courses are SCORM/xAPI compliant and compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
. Perform testing and quality assurance of eLearning modules.
. Update and maintain existing learning content based on feedback and requirements.
. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Required Skills & Qualifications:

. 1–3 years of experience in eLearning development or a related role.
. Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate, Adobe CC.
. Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
. Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms.
. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
. Basic understanding of HTML5/CSS is a plus.
. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience working with multimedia editing tools (audio/video).
. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
. Exposure to gamification or interactive learning techniques.
. Experience in corporate training or academic eLearning environments.
