ROLE TITLE
AI-First Growth & Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly resourceful, AI-native marketer who can help build Dreamstrokes into India's most visible luxury wedding planning brand across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.

This is not a social media posting role.

This is a growth-focused position responsible for increasing Dreamstrokes' visibility across Google Search, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Pinterest, Instagram, and future AI-powered search experiences.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools daily to streamline workflows, scale content production, automate repetitive marketing tasks, improve campaign performance, and uncover growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

AI Search Visibility (GEO – Generative Engine Optimisation)
Build content strategies that improve Dreamstrokes' visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and future AI search engines.
Create and optimise content specifically designed to be cited by AI-generated answers.
Develop topical authority around luxury weddings, destination weddings, wedding planning, wedding decor, wedding venues, and wedding budgeting.
Implement structured content frameworks, FAQ architecture, schema markup, and entity optimisation.
Monitor AI search visibility and adapt content strategies based on evolving AI search behaviour.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Conduct advanced keyword research and search intent analysis.
Build content clusters targeting high-intent wedding searches.
Optimise website pages for organic rankings.
Manage Google Business Profile and local SEO initiatives.
Execute backlink-building and digital PR campaigns.
Track rankings, traffic, click-through rates, and search visibility.
AI-Powered Content Marketing
Produce high-quality blogs, guides, venue pages, checklists, and wedding inspiration content.
Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate content production while maintaining originality and quality.
Create content assets suitable for blogs, Instagram, Pinterest, email campaigns, and wedding directories.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats using AI-assisted workflows.
Social Media & Brand Growth
Own Dreamstrokes' Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts presence.
Develop content calendars aligned with the luxury wedding audience.
Create reels, carousel posts, captions, and storytelling content.
Monitor trends and competitor activity.
Build an engaged community around the Dreamstrokes brand.
Marketing Automation & AI Workflows
Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Make, Zapier, Notion AI, Airtable AI, and other emerging platforms to improve marketing efficiency.
Build workflows that automate reporting, content research, lead management, content repurposing, and campaign analysis.
Continuously identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort and increase output quality.
Paid Advertising
Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Improve lead quality and campaign ROI.
Execute remarketing campaigns and funnel optimisation strategies.
Analyse performance and recommend improvements.

Assignment Requirement

Shortlisted candidates will be required to demonstrate:

A content strategy to rank for "Wedding Planners in Bangalore"
A GEO strategy to improve Dreamstrokes' visibility in ChatGPT and Perplexity
Their personal AI marketing workflow
Examples of AI-assisted content creation or automation projects

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
