Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented B2C Operations Executive or Manager to manage daily customer operations and support sales activities in the e-commerce industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders, coordinating with clients, managing operational processes, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and service activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day B2C operations and customer order processing.

· Coordinate with customers regarding orders, dispatch, deliveries, returns, damaged shipments, service issues.

· Support sales activities and maintain strong client relationships.

· Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat support.

· Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and vendor teams for smooth order fulfilment.

· Monitor sales orders, dispatch status, and delivery timelines.

· Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and customer databases.

· Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Assist in promotional campaigns and marketplace operations.

· Ensure timely updates on order tracking and operational performance.

· Oversee product catalogues, ensuring all listings—including product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels—are accurate and optimized

Eligibility Criteria

· A bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.

· Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, or HubSpot for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalised marketing campaigns.

· Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar to track and analyse e-commerce performance metrics.

· Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO and SEM.

· Ability to work collaboratively and take charge as a leader when required.

· Willingness to travel (domestic and international) for company events.
