We publish daily on Instagram, YouTube and Telegram. Everything we put out is educational, process-first, and fully SEBI-compliant. No calls. No tips. No screenshots of fake profits. We're small, fast, and building in public. You'll own the entire audience-facing surface of the brand. What you'll own Content & publishing Plan and run the monthly content calendar across Instagram (reels, carousels, stories), YouTube Shorts and X Write hooks, captions and on-screen copy in Hinglish that sounds like a trader, not a marketer Brief and coordinate with the video editor; manage the shoot-to-publish pipeline end to end Schedule and publish via Later; maintain the asset library and content bank Repurpose one core idea into 4–5 formats across channels Telegram (the core of this role) Own the daily rhythm of the Telegram channel and community group — pre-market note, session context, post-market wrap, weekend education drops Moderate the group: enforce rules, remove tip-sellers, spam, referral links and impersonation accounts Set up and manage admin bots (welcome flows, auto-moderation, scheduled posts, pinned message hygiene) Run polls, quizzes, AMAs and challenge threads that keep the community active without becoming a signal group Handle DMs and community queries; escalate anything advisory to the founder Build and manage the funnel from Instagram → Telegram → email list Growth & reporting Track reach, saves, shares, follower quality, Telegram join/churn, message-per-day activity, poll participation Weekly one-page report: what worked, what died, what we're changing Run experiments on posting windows, formats and hooks — and kill what doesn't move numbers Non-negotiable: compliance This is a regulated space and the brand's licence to operate depends on it. You will be trained on this, but you must be someone who takes it seriously: No buy/sell/target/stop-loss calls. Ever. In any channel, in any DM, in any story. No "guaranteed returns", "sure-shot", "assured profit" language No real-time price recommendations or live entry alerts Correct disclaimers on every post, bio and pinned message Immediate removal of any community member offering tips or paid signals If you've previously run a signal/tips channel and think that's the fastest way to grow — this role is not for you. You're a fit if you have 2–4 years running social media for a brand, creator or fintech/edtech — with numbers you can point to Hands-on Telegram admin experience — channels, groups, bots, moderation at scale (not just "I've used Telegram") Strong Instagram instinct: you know why a reel dies in the first 1.5 seconds Writing chops in Hinglish and English — punchy, opinionated, no corporate fluff Working knowledge of Indian markets — you know what Nifty, F&O expiry, OI and a breakout mean. You don't need to trade, but you can't be a tourist. Comfortable with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, basic video trimming Availability during market hours (9:00 AM – 3:30 PM IST) and a fast turnaround instinct Bonus points You trade or have traded, even a small book You've grown a Telegram community past 5,000 real, active members You've worked with a SEBI-registered entity or know the finfluencer guidelines Basic editing (CapCut/Premiere) or design skills What you get Direct access to the founder — no layers, no committee approvals Full ownership of channels, not a checklist A brand with a real point of view, built by an actual trader with 8+ years in F&O Compensation: ₹[] – ₹[] per annum + performance bonus tied to growth and community-quality metrics Thursdays are a no-posting day here.
