Freelance Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Type: Freelance / Remote / Performance-Based
Location: East / West / North / South India
Reporting To: Founder
Experience: 3+ years preferred
Age: No bar

Role Purpose

We are looking for Regional Sales & Marketing Managers to develop business and generate clients within their assigned region across four business verticals:

HR Services
SaaS Products & Digital Products
AI Marketing Services for Clients
DSA Products & Services

The Regional Manager will work directly with the Founder and coordinate with Functional Marketing Managers and their Executive/Specialist teams to generate qualified business and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop business opportunities within the assigned region.
Identify target companies, decision-makers and potential clients.
Generate and manage qualified leads across all four business verticals.
Understand client requirements and identify the appropriate FlowMint solution.
Coordinate with the relevant Functional Marketing Manager for product/service discussions.
Arrange client meetings, presentations, demonstrations and proposals.
Manage the regional sales pipeline from prospecting to conversion.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with Functional Marketing Managers for specialist support.
Track leads, meetings, proposals, conversions and revenue.
Report regional business progress, opportunities and challenges directly to the Founder.
Identify cross-selling and additional business opportunities among existing clients.

Team Coordination

The Regional Manager will coordinate the functional teams operating within the region:

HR → Functional Marketing Manager → HR Marketing Executive/Specialist

SaaS Products → Functional Marketing Manager → SaaS Marketing Executive/Specialist

AI Marketing Services → Functional Marketing Manager → AI Marketing Executive/Specialist

DSA → Functional Marketing Manager → DSA Marketing Executive/Specialist

The Regional Manager does not replace the Functional Marketing Managers. The role is responsible for regional business coordination, sales pipeline and client acquisition.

Required Skills

Business development and B2B sales.
Lead generation and prospecting.
Client relationship management.
Sales presentation and negotiation.
Understanding of digital products and business services.
Ability to identify client problems and match suitable solutions.
Strong follow-up and pipeline management.
Team coordination and leadership.
Good commercial and business judgment.
Ability to work independently and achieve agreed targets.

Qualification & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Management, Sales, Technology or equivalent experience preferred.

3+ years of practical sales, business development or marketing experience preferred.

Strong demonstrated sales performance or client acquisition experience may be considered in place of formal qualification.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is an advantage:

HR / HR services
SaaS / ERP / CRM
AI or technology services
Digital marketing
Business consulting
DSA / financial product distribution
B2B services
SME/MSME client acquisition

Regional Language

Good spoken and written English plus strong communication skills in the regional language of the assigned territory.

Equipment

Own laptop/desktop, smartphone and reliable internet connection required.
