Position Overview

We are looking for a professional, courteous, and well-organized Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities, telephone communication, visitor coordination, and routine administrative support.

The ideal candidate should have good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English, a pleasant personality, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception

Welcome and assist visitors, guests, employees, and other stakeholders professionally.
Manage the reception/front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.
Attend and respond to incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate department/person.
Maintain visitor records, call registers, and other front-office documentation.
Coordinate visitor appointments and meetings.
Receive and distribute letters, courier, and other official communications.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.

Telecalling & Communication

Make and receive telephone calls as required for organizational activities.
Communicate with beneficiaries, families, vendors, visitors, staff, and other stakeholders.
Follow up on calls and maintain proper records of communication.
Provide accurate information about the organization and direct queries to the concerned team.
Handle routine enquiries professionally and escalate important or sensitive matters to the appropriate authority.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational and beneficiary-related information.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Good interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, email, and internet usage.
Good telephone etiquette.
Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a disciplined manner.
Professional attitude with patience and empathy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Educational Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate from a recognized institution.
Graduate candidates will be preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in reception, telecalling, front office, customer service, or administration will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a professional attitude may also be considered.
