Job Description – Personal Assistant

Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC Range: ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to senior management. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, travel arrangements, documents, follow-ups, and other day-to-day executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the executive’s daily calendar, appointments, and schedules.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow-up action trackers.
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, and other official correspondence.
Maintain confidential documents, records, and information.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Track important tasks, deadlines, commitments, and follow-up activities.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics as required.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and other management documents.
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests for the executive.
Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and official activities.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with concerned departments and individuals.
Perform other administrative and personal assistance tasks assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Good drafting and email communication skills.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Professional personality and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience

Preferred Experience: 1 to 5 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator.

Candidates with experience in supporting senior management, handling official correspondence, managing schedules, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders will be preferred.

Compensation

Monthly CTC: ₹20,000 to ₹45,000

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, professional competence, and overall suitability for the role.

Preferred Candidate

Strong proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
Excellent MS Office and email drafting skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
Professional and proactive approach to work.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
